Hi, we’re Joseph and Robert Petit-Clair and we’re the father and son owners of Bio-One of Allentown.
My son and I wanted to get involved with a business where we would be able to help people and provide an increasingly necessary service to our area of Pennsylvania. With Bio-One, we’re excited to be able to help serve people when they’re in difficult and emotional situations.
We have been through Bio-One's extensive BOTS training program specializing in Biohazard Cleanup and Hoarding Cleanup. My 25 years of teaching have taught me how to work with people effectively and I have learned that communication is vital to the success of any business. My background in property management will allow me to assess the situation quickly and make good decisions on how to proceed with each client.
With our combined life experiences and training, we’ll work hard and effectively so that you will be completely satisfied with the results of our expertise.

I would give 10 stars if I could! If you need these services, call this company! My sister passed away unexpectedly, and cleaning out her apartment necessitated excavating an extreme hoarding situation. I felt overwhelmed and knew I needed professional help. I emailed Bio-One for an estimate at 10pm and Joe got back to me immediately. We met at the apartment the very next morning on a Friday and they started the job on Monday. 48 hours later, the apartment was spotless. Joe and the team did everything. They recovered and set aside items of value like jewelry, photos, personal effects, my late father’s watch, and even the title to my sister’s car! (truly a needle in a haystack). They removed over 2600 pounds of trash and junk (including heavy unwanted furniture) from a 12th floor apartment in an old building with a single rickety elevator. Joe and team also arranged to donate salvagable items we didn’t want to a charity supporting veterans. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent, and Joe was very compassionate, kind, and professional. I also thought the price was fair and reasonable considering the scope of the project and related logistics. Thanks, Joe and Bio-One!
