Contacted Bio-One for a cleanup in a tenant's apartment after his death. Joe and Nate responded and worked on the problem. I would give 10 stars if I could! If you need these services, call this company! My sister passed away unexpectedly, and cleaning out her apartment necessitated excavating an extreme hoarding situation. I felt overwhelmed and knew I needed professional help. I emailed Bio-One for an estimate at 10pm and Joe got back to me immediately. We met at the apartment the very next morning on a Friday and they started the job on Monday. 48 hours later, the apartment was spotless. Joe and the team did everything. They recovered and set aside items of value like jewelry, photos, personal effects, my late father’s watch, and even the title to my sister’s car! (truly a needle in a haystack). They removed over 2600 pounds of trash and junk (including heavy unwanted furniture) from a 12th floor apartment in an old building with a single rickety elevator. Joe and team also arranged to donate salvagable items we didn’t want to a charity supporting veterans. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent, and Joe was very compassionate, kind, and professional. I also thought the price was fair and reasonable considering the scope of the project and related logistics. Thanks, Joe and Bio-One!

Within hours of submitting a work request to Bio-One of Allentown, Rob contacted me with next day availability to come out to the property and provide an estimate for services. On the day of the estimate, Rob and Nate quickly assessed, provided a fair price and were then able to complete the services in a thorough but timely manner. Given the circumstances of requiring these services, I was anxious and embarrassed but both Rob and Nate made the experience feel comfortable and completely normal run of the mill; putting my anxiety at ease. Overall, Bio-One of Allentown provided excellent service and I would recommend them to anyone in need of remediation services.

Joe from Bio One was compassionate from the get go. He understood that I needed to be there to find a list of items and to take care to ask about items as they were going through the house. I am happy to say that because of this understanding that I was able to find all the items on my list and way way more than I imagined.
