I would give 10 stars if I could! If you need these services, call this company! My sister passed away unexpectedly, and cleaning out her apartment necessitated excavating an extreme hoarding situation. I felt overwhelmed and knew I needed professional help. I emailed Bio-One for an estimate at 10pm and Joe got back to me immediately. We met at the apartment the very next morning on a Friday and they started the job on Monday. 48 hours later, the apartment was spotless. Joe and the team did everything. They recovered and set aside items of value like jewelry, photos, personal effects, my late father’s watch, and even the title to my sister’s car! (truly a needle in a haystack). They removed over 2600 pounds of trash and junk (including heavy unwanted furniture) from a 12th floor apartment in an old building with a single rickety elevator. Joe and team also arranged to donate salvagable items we didn’t want to a charity supporting veterans. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent, and Joe was very compassionate, kind, and professional. I also thought the price was fair and reasonable considering the scope of the project and related logistics. Thanks, Joe and Bio-One!

We hired Bio-One for a rental property my mother had. The carpets were soaked in dog urine, there was junk left in every room of the house, and the house was extremely dirty. We thought we were going to have to replace the flooring and it would take weeks to clean. Bio-One ripped out the carpeting, deep cleaned the floors, and sealed them so they didn't have to be replaced. There is absolutely no smell left!!! They also disposed of all the junk, all the flooring, and deep cleaned the entire house. They did this all in three days! The staff was friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them! Losing a loved one is never easy and while I live out of state these guys helped me navigate the unknown waters of cleaning up a family members unattended death scene. They were even able to help locate home owners insurance documents and file a claim on my behalf to help compensate for the services provided. These guys are pros and made what seemed like the end of the world, to me, a seamless process. I highly recommended Bio-One of Allentown for anyone’s biohazard cleanup needs.

Joe and his team have made an incredibly difficult time for my family much, much smoother. They have accommodated all of our needs, their prices are fair, and their communication is top-notch.
