I contacted Joe from Bio-One of Allentown and I can't tell you how satisfied and happy I am with the services he and his crew provided. I am moving into a second-floor apartment covered in carpet, where a smoker used to live. The cupboards, carpets, walls, and ceilings smelled of that disgusting old cigarette smell! The walls were even yellow! Not only did his crew come in and clean the entire place and left it in IMMACULATE condition when done, they even offered to haul out all of the extra items that were left in the apartment such as a bed, bureau, mirror - they even offered to take away the garbage that was left outside of the apartment. When I walked into the apartment afterwards, there was a clean scent in the apartment. You could tell that they worked hard at making sure the entire place was clean and removed any left-over tar that was on the walls, cupboards, carpets and wherever else tar could stick on. I am BEYOND happy with their service and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a professional cleaning crew who will thoroughly clean every nook and cranny of your place. Joe was beyond professional and always responded to every one of my calls and texts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If I could give them a 10 star, I would!
