I can't say enough about this company, during a stressful time they came in and took a huge load off our shoulders. We had to put my mother in a home and we needed her house cleaned pretty quickly. The job they did in 3.5 days is incredible.They were quick, thorough, compassionate and responsive. I highly recommend them for any type of clean up to situation you may need. Within hours of submitting a work request to Bio-One of Allentown, Rob contacted me with next day availability to come out to the property and provide an estimate for services. On the day of the estimate, Rob and Nate quickly assessed, provided a fair price and were then able to complete the services in a thorough but timely manner. Given the circumstances of requiring these services, I was anxious and embarrassed but both Rob and Nate made the experience feel comfortable and completely normal run of the mill; putting my anxiety at ease. Overall, Bio-One of Allentown provided excellent service and I would recommend them to anyone in need of remediation services.
