While dealing with a family member’s passing is never easy, Joe and the Bio-One of Allentown team has greatly reduced my stress levels during this difficult time. Joe and his team moved quickly when I contacted him and has gone out of his way to help with every aspect of the needed cleanup and removal. Joe even helped connect me with the insurance adjuster to help cover some of the cleanup costs. The cleanup was conducted quickly and completely. I cannot say enough good things about the level of service and compassion that Joe and his team have shown to me during this truly overwhelming time. I can't say enough about this company, during a stressful time they came in and took a huge load off our shoulders. We had to put my mother in a home and we needed her house cleaned pretty quickly. The job they did in 3.5 days is incredible.They were quick, thorough, compassionate and responsive. I highly recommend them for any type of clean up to situation you may need. We had a rodent infestation in our shed over the winter. The shelving and floor was completely covered in droppings as well as my lawnmower and tools. Bio-One came out and cleaned up the droppings and disinfected every item that was in the shed the same day I called them. Strongly recommend if you need an hazardous cleaning done.
