I was moved by their caring and compassion and surprised by their passion for cleaning. They moved at my own pace. Checking in frequently to make sure I was ok. They completed side projects that I had no idea were “part of the job” They are extremely professional and discrete, they show up in unmarked vehicles. If you find yourself in need of this service, I can think of none better.

I can’t recommend a company higher than BioOne, they were very polite, and professional. I hired them to clean out a property of mine after a tenant left it in pretty rough shape. After several cleaning services turned down the work due to hazardous conditions, bio one came to the rescue. They removed all of the hazards left behind, removed and remediated some mold, and left the property in a safe state for a normal cleaning service to get it ready for contractors. It has been a few months, and no mold has returned, and the smell is completely gone! They deserve ever one of the 5 stars I am giving them. I don’t know how much money I would have lost in rental income if I hadn’t found them.

I used Bio-One for the first time and I was VERY impressed. There was ZERO pressure from the two representatives (Lisa and Aiden) who visited and provided the quality service. Everything was explained and they were quite knowledgeable. The service was performed timely and the price was good. I highly recommend Bio-One and they will be my GO TO contractor for future needs.

If you are ever in the need for biohazard removal, Bio-One of Asheboro are the people to call. We had a freezer go out and we didn't realize it because it was upstairs (never make that mistake!) and we had not been up there in several weeks. Needless to say we could not even think about how to handle it. I called Bio-One Asheboro and they were there within an hour and had everything cleaned up and removed (freezer and all) within an hour and a half. They checked under the quarter round where it had leaked and they cleaned everything!. They were super professional, nice and understanding of our issue. We couldn't have asked for better service.

Bio-One is one of the best companies I've found. After years of my depression and anxiety freezing me from cleaning my mother's room, they pulled through. They are very kind and diligent workers. They asked if I was okay with the progress and how I was feeling throughout the entire time they worked. They made sure to include my grandfather and talk with him about how things were going and how he was feeling. They asked or put aside anything that looked of importance for my grandfather and I to go through when we couldn't even remember what all was in that room. I couldn't have asked for anything better than their team. Truly just a great experience all around.
