We had a rental house that was left in horrible condition. Garbage piled almost to the ceiling. We had no idea where to even begin clean up or what health dangers there would be. We hired Bio-One and they sent a team out right away. They kept us updated and informed during the entire clean up. The price was very reasonable for the condition the house was in and they were quick and efficient during the work. When they were done you would never have known what a mess it was previously. Would have taken us much longer and we probable would not have done nearly as good a job. Thanks Bio-One team for all your help! I hope we never have to again but at least we know who to call now! Would highly recommend!!

Easton and Nick came out today and did a great job cleaning out all of the ducts and vents. Bio-One was easy to communicate with and quick to schedule. Easton and Nick kept me apprised of their systematic approach to their cleaning method. When they noticed an issue with one of the vents having condensation ( it shouldn’t have) they pointed it out to me and my HVAC company is coming out tomorrow to do their assessment. I would not have noticed this on my own. They worked hard and I was very pleased with them. Thank you!
