Michele O'Brien and Rebecca Phillips are co-owners of Bio-One of Cherokee County. Both Michele and Becca live in Woodstock, Georgia with their husbands. They both have 2 children and even live on the same street! Michele graduated from Florida State and moved back to Georgia with her husband 7 years ago. Becca grew up in the Atlanta area and began a marketing company when she was 22 years old. The team was originally developed when both became realtors in the Metro Atlanta area and realized they have a great synergy for working together and helping their clients. This passion for helping others, along with a strong need to make a difference in their community, has inspired them to become part of the Bio-One team.
We have engaged Bio-One on two separate occasions now, and both times we have been very satisfied. Becca, Michele, and Clinton were all very friendly, professional, and discrete. The before and after from the cleaning was absolutely AMAZING, and they went above and beyond in terms of care and friendliness. They were able to work with us both times to help us find the best combination of services for our needs. We had a rental house that was left in horrible condition. Garbage piled almost to the ceiling. We had no idea where to even begin clean up or what health dangers there would be. We hired Bio-One and they sent a team out right away. They kept us updated and informed during the entire clean up. The price was very reasonable for the condition the house was in and they were quick and efficient during the work. When they were done you would never have known what a mess it was previously. Would have taken us much longer and we probable would not have done nearly as good a job. Thanks Bio-One team for all your help! I hope we never have to again but at least we know who to call now! David and Frank did an excellent job, they arrived early and were very professional. They were extremely thorough when cleaning my ducts and air handler after a rodent problem and left no stone unturned. Extremely thorough and Frank had such a pleasant personality. They came within a couple of hours of calling them, which was fantastic. My elderly, dementia-ridden grandmother had a floor to ceiling bathroom incident, and after Frank was done, I felt like it was a brand new bathroom. They are expensive, so if your issue isn’t handled by insurance, I would suggest trying to get an estimate before you start your project. Mine ended up being higher than I thought. But at the end of the day, they are doing work that no regular person is equipped to do, and you get what you pay for. Thank goodness companies like this exist to handle some of the worst and/or most disgusting situations we may find ourselves faced with.
