Bio-One was amazing and their Project Manager (Frank Rogers) went above and beyond to help us. We called for an issue at our home and they sent Frank that day for an assessment. Extremely thorough and Frank had such a pleasant personality. They came within a couple of hours of calling them, which was fantastic. My elderly, dementia-ridden grandmother had a floor to ceiling bathroom incident, and after Frank was done, I felt like it was a brand new bathroom. They are expensive, so if your issue isn’t handled by insurance, I would suggest trying to get an estimate before you start your project. Mine ended up being higher than I thought. But at the end of the day, they are doing work that no regular person is equipped to do, and you get what you pay for. Thank goodness companies like this exist to handle some of the worst and/or most disgusting situations we may find ourselves faced with.
