Bio-One was amazing and their Project Manager (Frank Rogers) went above and beyond to help us. We called for an issue at our home and they sent Frank that day for an assessment. We used Bio-One for a junk out / sanitization of a family member’s home. Communication was great from initial outreach to completion. They showed up when they said they would and worked very efficiently. Brian, Frank, Easton, and the whole crew were always pleasant and kind. I would definitely use Bio-One again and would recommend them to others. My only suggestion is to be conservative when estimating days to complete- under promise , over deliver. If best case scenario is 1 day but worst case scenario is 3 days, let the customer know up front in case they have to plan to take off work , make overnight arrangements for people, pets, etc.

We had a rental house that was left in horrible condition. Garbage piled almost to the ceiling. We had no idea where to even begin clean up or what health dangers there would be. We hired Bio-One and they sent a team out right away. They kept us updated and informed during the entire clean up. The price was very reasonable for the condition the house was in and they were quick and efficient during the work. When they were done you would never have known what a mess it was previously. Would have taken us much longer and we probable would not have done nearly as good a job. Thanks Bio-One team for all your help! I hope we never have to again but at least we know who to call now! Would highly recommend!!

I was caught off guard by a family member’s illness… Bio-One were on the scene with-in an hour of calling them. Frank is true a gentleman. Upon his arrival, he knew I was a bit shaken up…. he picked up the pieces and went to work. I have some hard decisions to make moving forward- and Bio-One got me through the first step.
