Even more than the quality cleanup work they do, there's significant compassion and understanding that comes first. From the first phone call to getting a quote and service the next day, they were great, got the job done quickly, for a great price, and most of all, with kindness. Whatever kind of cleanup job you may need help with, whether you think it's huge or small and overwhelming either way, it's absolutely worth calling and asking for help!

Bill Muir and I met a few years ago. I have referred him to many people. Today he is doing work in my house, so grateful to know that the flood damage from the fish tank will be taken care of and my house will be whole once again.

Amazing service and people. Helped us with a tough cleaning job that included blood and did it with compassion and respect for our family. Highly recommend.

Bill and the crew from Bio-One Chicago are incredible. They are truly compassionate people and they perform their work with the utmost care, respect, and professionalism. In addition, they're extremely responsive, quick, and cost-effective. It's rare to come across a company - and a group of people - like Bill and his team at Bio-One.

Bill, Mike and Joe are phenomenal men and biohazard cleaners. My husband and I had mice in our house. Usually it's no big deal. We would get 1, put out the glue traps and in a day or 2, it was caught. Never to see another until the next year. In fact, for the last few years, we had zero. Last year was traumatic. We had more than one and they were avoiding the sticky traps. Unlike the other mice, they were way more active. We moved out of our home for awhile. We ended up calling pest control who came out and did a wonderful job. Then I thought we needed the house cleaned and sanitized by professionals. We couldn't do it ourselves as I am immunocompromised and have really bad asthma and my husband couldn't either. I did my internet research and came across Bio One. I spoke to Bill and we spoke as friends. Wasn't expecting that. I had called other companies who never called back or spoke to me like business as usual. Let me point out, I don't mind that. These days customer service is rare. I don't expect chit chat. I don't expect niceties. I do expect you to do your job.Bill sold me when we talked. I believe that he believes in knowing your client, if at all possible. Also, treating you with kindness and dignity. It was Mike who came to my house to look at the "damage" aka mice poop. He thoroughly explained what the process would be, how long, etc. He also answered all my questions. I got an estimate via email of the charges later. Let me say, because of Bill and Mike I went with their service. There is another company that would have charged me less but I feel like they didn't care about my husband and me and my concerns. If they didn't care about that then that attitude would carry to their service. Mike and Joe came to clean and sanitize. It took a few hours, it wasn't all day. (My home is @1000sqft) They had said one, maybe two days. I was shocked. I was more shocked when I went from room to room and saw NO mouse feces and even some of the things I had strewn around my house kinda "organized." They went above and beyond. Mike, Joe and I ended up just talking after and I was relieved. Having pests in your home causes embarrassment. It makes you feel dirty even though it may not be your fault. I did not feel judged or uncomfortable with Mike and Joe. I felt like they were here to help us. As one human would do for another. Go to their website, bioonechicago.com to see all the biohazard services they do and how you can contact them. You will not be disappointed. Bill, Mike and Joe are extraordinary people and will give you extraordinary results. They are also fair about their pricing. The only disappointment I had is that I didn't get to meet Bill. He's a hoot and a half!!
