Victor and Courtney Russomanno are the owners of Bio-One located in the Jersey Shore area. Victor grew up at the shore and graduated from JW University in Rhode Island with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management. Courtney summered at the shore throughout her childhood and attended Rutgers University where she studied criminal justice and psychology. Victor’s years of service experience and expertise, along with Courtney’s background and training are shown when they, with their team, help in restoring their clients’ properties to their original condition in a professional and caring manner. They have a true passion for serving and helping others. Victor and Courtney have a son and two daughters and are active with charities such as Special Olympics, March of Dimes, the Pediatric Hydrocephalus Foundation, and others throughout their community.
Bio-One Jersey Shore came in and literally saved the day! The superheroes of restoring your home back to cleanliness and functionality. My biggest compliments are to Courtney and Victor for understanding my situation, respecting my sentimental items, and being patient and kind through such a massive project. I cannot say enough about Victor and Courtney. I had a sewer backup when the remnants of Ida hit us in September. Although I am luckier than many other people, it was still an extremely stressful event. Every remediation company was very overwhelmed. But Bio-One were unbelievably helpful, professional and caring. They worked with me, my insurance company and made sure that I felt comfortable during the whole process. Victor answered my many questions and even explained many things I forgot to ask! I had many companies get back to me, including one that promised me they would come clean. I took off that day and this unnamed company never showed. Bio-One was prompt and reliable. If they said they were calling me back, they called me back, if I had a question, they answered - they were a light during a stressful time. I recommend them to anyone needing their services! I selfishly hope I never have to use them in the future... but I am glad to know that if I need it, I have a reliable company to contact!
