Feces/Urine Cleanup

Unfortunately a relative died in her home and was not discovered for some weeks. We are out of state and I had no clue who to call for cleanup . But I googled and discovered Bio-One in my home state and then discovered the Memphis franchise. As we drove to Arkansas from Indiana I placed a call to that company not knowing what to expect. I spoke with Tim who was kind, considerate, and professional. He met with us at the house needing cleanup that evening to assess the situation. I rarely review things. But I'd be doing you a huge disservice by not letting you know about Tim and his team at Bio-One. I had a hoarding/squalor situation in a relative's house. How bad was it? Google "domestic squalor home" and imagine just as bad as the worst images you see. I live a day's drive from Memphis and could not be there to observe most of the job. He took pictures throughout the cleaning process and did a great job of communicating with me over the phone. When his crew was delayed or tasked to other jobs, he let me know so I always knew what was going on. Even during the height of COVID, his team at Bio-One completed the work on time. The sticker shock that accompanies the cost of cleaning and remediation is real. But if you choose Bio-One, you will get outstanding service at a competitive price. I can't put into words how pleased I was with everything they did.
