I rarely review things. But I'd be doing you a huge disservice by not letting you know about Tim and his team at Bio-One. I had a hoarding/squalor situation in a relative's house. How bad was it? Google "domestic squalor home" and imagine just as bad as the worst images you see. I sought quotes from three different companies and chose Bio-One, here's three reasons why you should choose Bio-One: 1. I met face-to-face with Tim as he carefully walked through the home in order to observe the situation and give me a fair quote. Tim clearly understands the business and was nothing but professional and respectful in helping me with my case. He took the time to explain the psychology behind people living in squalor; it was clear he wasn't just there to remove debris/trash but to also help locate any items of value (both sentimental and monetary). Because he knew the psychology, he knew where to look and located several important items. 2. His quote was competitive and in the end with the remediation work was by far the best value. Cleaning a squalor situation is one thing, but removing smells and remediating is entirely different. Tim and Bio-One delivered on all accounts. 3. I live a day's drive from Memphis and could not be there to observe most of the job. He took pictures throughout the cleaning process and did a great job of communicating with me over the phone. He let me know when he found anything of value, when rooms were cleaned, and how the remediation was going. He let me know ahead of time how long he thought it would take. When his crew was delayed or tasked to other jobs, he let me know so I always knew what was going on. Even during the height of COVID, his team at Bio-One completed the work on time. The sticker shock that accompanies the cost of cleaning and remediation is real. But if you choose Bio-One, you will get outstanding service at a competitive price. I can't put into words how pleased I was with everything they did.

Tim and his crew did a wonderful job of cleanup after a very difficult situation. They were quick and thorough and very helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Bio-One Memphis.
