The team that came to help my Mom today was impeccable. They treated my Mom with respect and compassion, and diligently worked to help correct the issues in the home. It impressed me how quickly they worked, and how kind they were. I would recommend them to anyone who needed help with a difficult situation. My experience with Bio-One, from start to finish, was the best. I had no idea what a (damp) basement clean out would cost, but it had to be done. Phil and Angela were kind, realistic, prompt, worked with me to get it into my budget, and then did it in one day with hustle.
