Seth and his team are absolutely AMAZING to work with. They came highly recommended from a friend of ours, who worked with them on an insulation clean up job. In September, my husband and I purchased a major fixer upper foreclosure as our first home, which came with extensive water damage and black mold in at least HALF of the home. The home is 2800 sq. ft. 😳 Though they primarily do crime scene clean up, hoarding jobs etc, Seth agreed to take us on as a client. (We set their record for biggest mold job 😆) Seth gave a thorough, consultative estimate of the project, and I didn’t feel pushed at all. Throughout the job, he remained professional, detailed, highly communicative, and flexible with our other contractors’ work. He truly felt like a business partner, which is how my husband and I prefer our working relationships! The techs assigned to perform the remediation were personable, detailed and their care for my property/concern for our health were front and center. They truly did an amazing job, from containment to cleanup. I’m so grateful for the whole experience, and the peace of mind I have because my home is mold free!
