Hector and Norah Mhlanga are the new owners of Bio-One of Santa Clarita. Hector has a background in accounting and finance and is also a Associate Pastor as a local church. Norah has been a registered nurse for more than 20 years and has experience in women's and children medicine, infection prevention, OSHA compliance, and medical waste regulations. Hector and Norah have known each other for most of their lives but got married 8 years ago and they have 2 young children together. Hector and Norah love working with people and they both have a passion for helping people during their most difficult times and restoring property to its original condition in a compassionate and professional manner. When they found Bio-One, they knew that it was a perfect fit because of the help first, business second outlook.
First Time: Very professional. Next day service. Cleaned out filthy vacated apartment. Texted me photos of completed job. Second time: Again very professional. Crew removed all furnishings, appliances, carpets and "hoarded "stuff" from 2300 sq. ft house plus garage.Then they cleaned and sanitized the house which rodents had taken over while it was vacant. Bio-one honored their bid even after some unexpected extras.

In what was a very stressful and unenviable situation, Jamil and Dane came to help my family recover a crime scene. Obviously nobody in my family had ever dealt with these circumstances but Jamil was extremely professional, compassionate, and informative from the very first phone call he took of mine. Dane was also extremely professional and compassionate and took the task of doing some extra inspection into some other areas that we had not previously discussed in my original discussion with Jamil. Their thorough work and professionalism meant so much to me and my family during this time and we could not have been more grateful, not only for their stellar work but also in the respectful and sensitive way they treated us and this situation.

Jamil was so wonderful. He came out and checked an area of our house that has a odor that might be animal pee. He said he could fog the area but first put some enzyme spray on the area and so far it had smelled great. We haven’t had to fog the area yet. He did this all for free. I would use him again in a minute. He was on time, professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful.
