Hector and Norah Mhlanga are the new owners of Bio-One of Santa Clarita. Hector has a background in accounting and finance and is also a Associate Pastor as a local church. Norah has been a registered nurse for more than 20 years and has experience in women's and children medicine, infection prevention, OSHA compliance, and medical waste regulations. Hector and Norah have known each other for most of their lives but got married 8 years ago and they have 2 young children together. Hector and Norah love working with people and they both have a passion for helping people during their most difficult times and restoring property to its original condition in a compassionate and professional manner. When they found Bio-One, they knew that it was a perfect fit because of the help first, business second outlook.

Hector of Bio-One Santa Clarita did a great job of hauling away household items that needed to be taken off a property that was closing escrow that week. He responded to a voice message within 5 min, he communicated well and notified me he was late due to traffic and took a photo of the jam. Hector followed through with what we agreed upon over the phone. Jamil was amazing. I had residuals cat urine smell from the tenant that lived there before. It was awful. I called them and explained the situation And he was very clear on what he could do about it which was a big relief. He came the 2 days later after the floors were removed and replaced to do his magic and it worked amazingly. He made the apartment look and smell like no one ever lived there before. I highly suggest Jamil.
