Hector and Norah Mhlanga are the new owners of Bio-One of Santa Clarita. Hector has a background in accounting and finance and is also a Associate Pastor as a local church. Norah has been a registered nurse for more than 20 years and has experience in women's and children medicine, infection prevention, OSHA compliance, and medical waste regulations. Hector and Norah have known each other for most of their lives but got married 8 years ago and they have 2 young children together. Hector and Norah love working with people and they both have a passion for helping people during their most difficult times and restoring property to its original condition in a compassionate and professional manner. When they found Bio-One, they knew that it was a perfect fit because of the help first, business second outlook.
I called this company to clean up some sewage backup on my building’s driveway. Though it was the end of the day, Jamil came out immediately and serviced the issue. He was so kind and professional and made sure that he imparted the energy from a personal good day he had onto me the customer. He was careful and thorough in his job. I had an incident a few days back where an individual residing with me became very ill and was throwing up blood. I had to call the paramedics but when this individual was in the hospital I was confused on how to clean up what was now a biohazard ☣️ mess. I contacted Jamil and he came to my house to provide me with an estimate for clean up. He was very professional and arrived with a mask and disposable booties to enter the house. First Time: Very professional. Next day service. Cleaned out filthy vacated apartment. Texted me photos of completed job. Second time: Again very professional. Crew removed all furnishings, appliances, carpets and "hoarded "stuff" from 2300 sq. ft house plus garage.Then they cleaned and sanitized the house which rodents had taken over while it was vacant.
