It's really difficult finding companies that do what Bio-One does. My wife hired them because we were getting worried about airborne Hantavirus from mouse feces. They were extremely thorough. They even cleaned carpets. This is a legit, full-hazmat team ready to take on what you can't. They were super easy to schedule and they came to our house within 2 days of calling them. Professional and highly effective. If you're debating the value, just do it. Hire them.

I called Bio-One spoke with Tiny regarding a dear friend's residence without hesitation he explained his company process and said not to worry they could make a difference. I had to write an endorsement for the work this team of men have done; to endure such an undertaking with compassion and encouragement all while diligently purging three levels within the home. Afterwards coming back and sanitizing each area. Not once did I see a look of disgust. Total professionalism exhibited. Recommend highly! We had a violent death in the family on Christmas Eve 2022. We initially called another biohazard clean up service with excellent reviews and their communication and response time were poor and inconsistent, adding more stress to an already horrible situation. We contacted Bio-One and Jermaine and Andre came out the SAME DAY we contacted them, within an hour or two, and started work immediately. They left the ozone machine running overnight so the next day when we returned there was no odor, no trace, nothing to indicate anything had ever happened. Everything was sanitized, all biohazard removed, and smelled like a normal house without chemical smells. We were (are) grieving and traumatized. Jermaine and Andre were so kind and professional. Their service took a load off of our shoulders. I don’t believe in angels but if I did, Jermaine and Andre would qualify. I will forever be grateful for their services when I needed them most.

I am giving them 5 stars because a higher rating is not available. They were very quick in their response. It took a crew of 4, Lawrence, Jermain, Wayne and Duane 7 hours to clean a very contaminated and toxic apartment. All of these men were very compassionate in a difficult situation. They listened and offered good advice when I had to make difficult decisions while clearing out a loved one's apartment. Their high standards are not just my opinion. The maintenance manager of this very large apartment building said they use three companies who are very good at what they do, but the crew at Bio-one exceeded the work of them all. Thanks Bio-One!

I contacted Bio-One DC on a Thursday to provide an assessment of a barn on one of the Park locations for the removal of Raccoon Feces. Tony immediately responded to the site within 30 minutes and provided a quote for services. Later that afternoon, I was sent an estimated proposal for Remediation of the site the next day. The team arrived on a Friday and immediately went to work. The location was engulfed with Raccoon feces on the stairs and both levels of the barn. Upon completion, the staff sent me pictures bolstering how impressed they were with the clean-up and how good it now smells. I appreciate the professionalism of the Bio-One DC team and efficiency of the service.

WOW! Dan, Oscar and Toby showed up at my house 2 hours after my phone call to Ryan. I was impressed already.
