I contacted Bio-One DC on a Thursday to provide an assessment of a barn on one of the Park locations for the removal of Raccoon Feces. Tony immediately responded to the site within 30 minutes and provided a quote for services. Later that afternoon, I was sent an estimated proposal for Remediation of the site the next day. The team arrived on a Friday and immediately went to work. The location was engulfed with Raccoon feces on the stairs and both levels of the barn. Upon completion, the staff sent me pictures bolstering how impressed they were with the clean-up and how good it now smells. I appreciate the professionalism of the Bio-One DC team and efficiency of the service.

BioOne service did an awesome job. In the middle of my critical crisis. I had to make a call to a crime cleaner service. BioOne was one of the top three people to contact. Once I made the called. I explained to him what happen. Tony was extremely professional, kind and courteous. I had to call him a few times. Not once did he get irritated with me. Tony explained the process step by step which help me understand more of what was about to take place. A few hours later he showed up with his technician. They both did an excellent job. We recently needed to clear and clean a condo that had been subjected to a couple of decades' worth of clutter and neglect. In order to accommodate the occupant, we needed to be able to break the task down into two or more sessions rather than address it all at once. After vetting multiple companies we hired BioOne. Tony, the owner, worked with us on a plan and estimate that allowed us to efficiently tackle the worst issues in two full days. The crew--Chad, Jermaine, Quinn, and Mason--worked hard and accomplished a great deal in terms of removal, grouping remaining items, and initial cleaning. When we mentioned to Tony that some of the planned deep cleaning had not been completed due to time constraints, he arranged to send a cleaning crew out on Day 3. Shannon and LaKeisha did excellent work and left the place in a condition that exceeded our expectations. We're very happy with the services we received from BioOne and felt they were professional, responsive, efficient, and frankly delivered a better value than other companies we priced for the job. We would recommend them to anyone in the DMV who needs to address a severely cluttered property.

Phenomenal Company!!! Prompt. Compassionate. Thorough. Excellent Customer Service. I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Tony and the Bio-One DC team. I came to DC to begin the process of handling my late Uncle’s estate and belongings. I was more than a little overwhelmed at the condition of his apartment and the sheer volume of “stuff” it held. I called Tony on Friday night and he had a crew meet me Saturday morning. Lawrence and Jermaine were incredible! They were friendly, compassionate and more than prepared to handle the task at hand. I’m still amazed at the difference after they spent the better part of their Saturday (6 hours) tackling the chaos. They were incredibly efficient and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Tony and team.
