Bio-One did an excellent job cleaning up my in-laws apartment after a death. They are very Nic people who helped the family at a difficult time when they didn't know where to turn. The in-laws had been hoarding and hiding it from us - we couldn't even move in the unit. Bio-One cleaned out all the trash and disinfected so that we could have an estate sale for the rest. The customer should be sure to take before and after photos of the affected areas if you plan to file an insurance claim as your insurance company will want a full explanation of what was done.

I had a very positive experience with Bio-One DC. Everyone I dealt with was professional and kind. They were extremely responsive and did an amazing job and offered to do extra tasks to help us out. While they were in the unit, they would FaceTime to ask questions to make sure they understood what we wanted and show us the progress they were making. The finished product was better than expected. I would highly recommend Bio-One DC to anyone looking for this type of cleaning service. I want to give a special shout out to Jermaine, Lawrence and Tony who made a difficult time less difficult.

I called Bio-One spoke with Tiny regarding a dear friend's residence without hesitation he explained his company process and said not to worry they could make a difference. I had to write an endorsement for the work this team of men have done; to endure such an undertaking with compassion and encouragement all while diligently purging three levels within the home. Afterwards coming back and sanitizing each area. Not once did I see a look of disgust. Total professionalism exhibited. Tony gave recommendations to continue maintaining a more healthy living environment. I called Bio-One on a Sunday to inquire about having a bathroom that had extensive sewage contamination from a toilet backup that was discovered weeks later. Tony was extremely responsive and professional assuring me that Bio-One could handle the job. Tony was even willing to try and schedule the job the same day, however I ended up opting to schedule the appointment on a subsequent day. Tony called me the next day on Monday to see if I was able to have the job done later that day. I agreed. Tony promptly confirmed the name of the technician and his time of arrival. Jermaine, the technician was prompt, professional and his work was thorough. He came in and tackled the job working diligently until the affected areas were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. While I hope I won’t need this kind of service again, Bio-One is without questions a top notch operation when it comes to hazardous clean up. Five stars for Bio-One.

Mr.Holloman and his team were a pleasure to work with. Mr. Holloman was very responsive to my needs and flexible in terms of coordination. He and his team arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. His team provided photos and clearly explained the work performed. Totally great to work with.

Appt was made quickly by Tony. The job, itself took no more than a couple of hours (morning appt) ending around noon. Jeremy did a fantastic thorough job. The job was not nearly challenging as I thought. Thanks again Bio-One. You’re the one to call!

Lawrence and Jermaine were awesome! They were on time and handled everything with care! They were extremely friendly and professional! They were called to clean rodent feces out my storage unit due to an infestation at the facility which they handled with ease. I would use them again but let’s hope I do not have to :-)
