Phenomenal Company!!! Prompt. Compassionate. Thorough. Excellent Customer Service. I came into the ownership of a property of such poor condition, reputable cleaning services were turning my case down flat. Then there were the scam artists. Finally there was Tony from BioOne. Bio-One was wonderful! From Tony answering the phone after 6 PM on a Friday night, to then calling me 45 minutes later to let me know I had an appointment at 10 AM the next day. I truly appreciate his customer service, friendliness, and willingness to help me out in a time of need! Both Jermaine and Dewayne were fabulous! They arrived earlier then the appointment time and walked me through the whole process. They insured me that all of the chemicals and processes they would use were not only safe for humans but for pets. I truly appreciate their timeliness to this matter. This company specializes in hazardous waste clean up provides great service 24 hours a day 365 days a year. They are very compassionate about the needs of their customers and remains flexible to ensure the quality of work is a pure reflection of their core values. Tony, you did great setting this up on a near-emergency basis, and the job was successfully completed in one day as promised. Don't know if you know, but the crew didn't finish until 9:20 pm--a very, very long day. I want to take this moment to sing praises of Revis and his crew. Revis was an absolute monster to get the job done to my satisfaction, asking me over and over in the evening if the cleanup met my expectations. It did, and then some. Also, he was instrumental in helping me find various objects and boxes buried in the pile of debris in the rooms, setting them aside for me to examine. I asked him to do this, not expecting much success, but he was very thorough in setting things aside for me. Can't say enough good things about him, and his crew!

I had a very positive experience with Bio-One DC. Everyone I dealt with was professional and kind. They were extremely responsive and did an amazing job and offered to do extra tasks to help us out. While they were in the unit, they would FaceTime to ask questions to make sure they understood what we wanted and show us the progress they were making. The finished product was better than expected. I would highly recommend Bio-One DC to anyone looking for this type of cleaning service. I want to give a special shout out to Jermaine, Lawrence and Tony who made a difficult time less difficult.

The team was on time, smart, caring, compassionate, efficient, experts at cleaning and disinfecting everything. I had become a hoarder and three months severe back pain prevented me from keeping my place up. It was awful but I felt no shame with the way they handled things. They restored my apartment to being spotless and clean for a healthy living environment as I recover from my spinal fusion surgery. They even found my missing Apple Pencil. I have a new life thanks to them. I cannot recommend them more.
