BioOne service did an awesome job. In the middle of my critical crisis. I had to make a call to a crime cleaner service. BioOne was one of the top three people to contact. Once I made the called. I explained to him what happen. Tony was extremely professional, kind and courteous. I had to call him a few times. Not once did he get irritated with me. Tony explained the process step by step which help me understand more of what was about to take place. A few hours later he showed up with his technician. They both did an excellent job. I highly recommend BioOne services for all your professional needs.

Jermaine and his crew did a phenomenal job! I needed laboratory grade cleaning for my mobile farm and they knocked it out the park. On top of that they were great guys! I will be using them again in the future!

We had a house where the owner was a hoarder. Every room in the house was completely full!! We were overwhelmed. We called Jermaine with Bio-One and he was the epitome of great customer service. With COVID-19 and increased rat presence, while we do have a rodent control contractor, but the rats became relentless with waste all over our patio Bio One was very responsive, coming in less than 24 hours and extremely thorough, cleaning the waste and disinfecting everything from the patio tiles, artificial grass, patio furniture and more. It now smells super clean and actually gave our patio a spring cleaning! Haha. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too. They offered a work date for the next day, but since it was during the weekend and was sooner than I could accommodate, they schedule it when it was convenient for me. There was excellent communication before and during the work. Jermaine, Larnell, and River were very kind about the situation and very helpful in getting the job done quickly. Thank you. If you are in DC area, especially if you need to schedule something quickly, Bio-One is recommended.

I called Bio-One on a Sunday to inquire about having a bathroom that had extensive sewage contamination from a toilet backup that was discovered weeks later. Tony was extremely responsive and professional assuring me that Bio-One could handle the job. Tony was even willing to try and schedule the job the same day, however I ended up opting to schedule the appointment on a subsequent day. Tony called me the next day on Monday to see if I was able to have the job done later that day. I agreed. Tony promptly confirmed the name of the technician and his time of arrival. Jermaine, the technician was prompt, professional and his work was thorough. He came in and tackled the job working diligently until the affected areas were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. While I hope I won’t need this kind of service again, Bio-One is without questions a top notch operation when it comes to hazardous clean up. Five stars for Bio-One.

Bio-One! Outstanding service! Left an email at 1am. Tony called at 9am and within a couple hours Lawrence was at my door helping me with all my home needs. What an incredibly efficient business! Tony, you did great setting this up on a near-emergency basis, and the job was successfully completed in one day as promised. Don't know if you know, but the crew didn't finish until 9:20 pm--a very, very long day. I want to take this moment to sing praises of Revis and his crew. Revis was an absolute monster to get the job done to my satisfaction, asking me over and over in the evening if the cleanup met my expectations. It did, and then some. Also, he was instrumental in helping me find various objects and boxes buried in the pile of debris in the rooms, setting them aside for me to examine. I asked him to do this, not expecting much success, but he was very thorough in setting things aside for me. Can't say enough good things about him, and his crew!

WOW! Dan, Oscar and Toby showed up at my house 2 hours after my phone call to Ryan. I was impressed already. These extremely polite and friendly men showed up and within 2 hours had all the carpet torn out, the wall board cut away and the sewage backup cleaned up, cleared out, deodorized and sanitized. They explained everything they did as they were doing it in the most professional, friendly and polite way imaginable. They were constantly concerned about my safety and well-being. They treated me like family! I've never had better service in my life and I thank each and every one of you for helping me so quickly and so thoroughly. I am singing your praises to anyone who will listen 🤩 Thank you, thank you, thank you. You took a horrible situation (sewage pouring through a wall into my living room carpet)and made it better.
