Bio-One was wonderful! From Tony answering the phone after 6 PM on a Friday night, to then calling me 45 minutes later to let me know I had an appointment at 10 AM the next day. I truly appreciate his customer service, friendliness, and willingness to help me out in a time of need! Both Jermaine and Dewayne were fabulous! They arrived earlier then the appointment time and walked me through the whole process. They insured me that all of the chemicals and processes they would use were not only safe for humans but for pets. I truly appreciate their timeliness to this matter. I highly recommend and trust the services of Bio-One and would use them again in a heartbeat for any hazardous related issues!

Lawrence and Jermaine were awesome! They were on time and handled everything with care! They were extremely friendly and professional! They were called to clean rodent feces out my storage unit due to an infestation at the facility which they handled with ease. I would use them again but let’s hope I do not have to :-)

The Bio-One team did an amazing job cleaning up a hoarding job for me. Within 24 hours of calling they were at the door ready to go. Prices are fair and customer service is beyond top notch. I wouldn’t use anyone else ever again for a cleanup job big or small.

They did a great job! They gave me fast service and arrived on time, and were very compassionate about what for me was an emotional issue. I needed a cleaning after my cat brought in a baby rat that took me about 6 weeks to get rid of. It had made a stinking mess in my kitchen in in accessible areas I couldn't clean properly, and I felt I couldn't sanitize any part of my kitchen properly or get out the stench using normal products and techniques. They were able to make my kitchen clean and safe, and get out about 90% of the stench, which has continued to fade since then, and may be gone now. I am so grateful.

Recommend highly! We had a violent death in the family on Christmas Eve 2022. We initially called another biohazard clean up service with excellent reviews and their communication and response time were poor and inconsistent, adding more stress to an already horrible situation. We contacted Bio-One and Jermaine and Andre came out the SAME DAY we contacted them, within an hour or two, and started work immediately. They left the ozone machine running overnight so the next day when we returned there was no odor, no trace, nothing to indicate anything had ever happened. Everything was sanitized, all biohazard removed, and smelled like a normal house without chemical smells. We were (are) grieving and traumatized. Jermaine and Andre were so kind and professional. Their service took a load off of our shoulders. I don’t believe in angels but if I did, Jermaine and Andre would qualify. I will forever be grateful for their services when I needed them most.

I had a very positive experience with Bio-One DC. Everyone I dealt with was professional and kind. They were extremely responsive and did an amazing job and offered to do extra tasks to help us out. While they were in the unit, they would FaceTime to ask questions to make sure they understood what we wanted and show us the progress they were making. The finished product was better than expected.
