Professionalism from start to finish. Let’s start with the fact, they answered the phone promptly and politely on a Sunday afternoon. Within 15 minutes of sending photos of the affected area a technician was dispatched to my location and arrived within the hour. WOW! As you can see from the photo, the affected area was treated with detail and care. 10/10 would recommend!

I called Bio-One on a Sunday to inquire about having a bathroom that had extensive sewage contamination from a toilet backup that was discovered weeks later. Tony was extremely responsive and professional assuring me that Bio-One could handle the job. Tony was even willing to try and schedule the job the same day, however I ended up opting to schedule the appointment on a subsequent day. Tony called me the next day on Monday to see if I was able to have the job done later that day. I agreed. Tony promptly confirmed the name of the technician and his time of arrival. Jermaine, the technician was prompt, professional and his work was thorough. He came in and tackled the job working diligently until the affected areas were thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. While I hope I won’t need this kind of service again, Bio-One is without questions a top notch operation when it comes to hazardous clean up. Five stars for Bio-One.

They did a great job! They gave me fast service and arrived on time, and were very compassionate about what for me was an emotional issue. I needed a cleaning after my cat brought in a baby rat that took me about 6 weeks to get rid of. It had made a stinking mess in my kitchen in in accessible areas I couldn't clean properly, and I felt I couldn't sanitize any part of my kitchen properly or get out the stench using normal products and techniques. They were able to make my kitchen clean and safe, and get out about 90% of the stench, which has continued to fade since then, and may be gone now. I am so grateful.

When I found dead mice and mouse droppings in my garage, I had no idea who to call or where to begin to clean it up. Tony was incredibly helpful when he came by to take a look. His team came a couple of days later and carefully disinfected my boxes and moved them into a storage unit. They did a thorough cleaning of my garage all within a day. I highly recommend these folks for those jobs that you can't just hire a maid service for.

This company specializes in hazardous waste clean up provides great service 24 hours a day 365 days a year. They are very compassionate about the needs of their customers and remains flexible to ensure the quality of work is a pure reflection of their core values.
