Tony, you did great setting this up on a near-emergency basis, and the job was successfully completed in one day as promised. Don't know if you know, but the crew didn't finish until 9:20 pm--a very, very long day. I want to take this moment to sing praises of Revis and his crew. Revis was an absolute monster to get the job done to my satisfaction, asking me over and over in the evening if the cleanup met my expectations. It did, and then some. Also, he was instrumental in helping me find various objects and boxes buried in the pile of debris in the rooms, setting them aside for me to examine. I asked him to do this, not expecting much success, but he was very thorough in setting things aside for me. Can't say enough good things about him, and his crew!

When someone you love dies, and you’ve been living out of state and didn’t realize their living circumstances, it can be so overwhelming. When I tell you this Bio-One team saved the day, I meant it. They saved my sanity! Making a call like this is so hard - you’re grieving, you’re maybe feeling guilty, or worried about judgement - but they are the BEST at reassuring you and taking the best possible care of the situation. They handle everything with respect and genuine kindness. My aunt’s house will still be an investor only type of home sale, but now I feel confident that I can send my real estate agent and potential investors in safely. And, most assuring of all, they took great care with setting aside photos, important papers, IDs, and credit cards! Bio One DC is THE ONLY biohazard cleanup company I will use for the rest of my career. I manage a condominium and needed biohazard cleanup in three of the units within the building. Professionalism from start to finish. Let’s start with the fact, they answered the phone promptly and politely on a Sunday afternoon. Within 15 minutes of sending photos of the affected area a technician was dispatched to my location and arrived within the hour. WOW! As you can see from the photo, the affected area was treated with detail and care. 10/10 would recommend!

They are very compassionate about the needs of their customers and remains flexible to ensure the quality of work is a pure reflection of their core values.
