A week ago, I had an emergency need for a biohazard service and a short time frame of a few hours to finish it. Bio-One DC made immediate arrangements, completed the job swiftly and perfectly, and sent a specialist who was excellent and kind. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

I contacted Bio-One DC on a Thursday to provide an assessment of a barn on one of the Park locations for the removal of Raccoon Feces. Tony immediately responded to the site within 30 minutes and provided a quote for services. Later that afternoon, I was sent an estimated proposal for Remediation of the site the next day. The team arrived on a Friday and immediately went to work. The location was engulfed with Raccoon feces on the stairs and both levels of the barn. Upon completion, the staff sent me pictures bolstering how impressed they were with the clean-up and how good it now smells. I appreciate the professionalism of the Bio-One DC team and efficiency of the service.

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Tony and the Bio-One DC team. I came to DC to begin the process of handling my late Uncle’s estate and belongings. I was more than a little overwhelmed at the condition of his apartment and the sheer volume of “stuff” it held. I called Tony on Friday night and he had a crew meet me Saturday morning. Lawrence and Jermaine were incredible! They were friendly, compassionate and more than prepared to handle the task at hand. I’m still amazed at the difference after they spent the better part of their Saturday (6 hours) tackling the chaos. They were incredibly efficient and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Tony and team.

We recently moved into our new home and found mice in the garage. I called a pest control company and then looked up a company who could decontaminate under the garage shelving. Bio One quickly responded to my inquiry and coordinated a time to come out once we got the all clear from the pest control rep. They provided prompt, professional service and now I can use my garage without feeling queasy. I would highly recommend them if you need a space professionally decontaminated.

WOW! Dan, Oscar and Toby showed up at my house 2 hours after my phone call to Ryan. I was impressed already. These extremely polite and friendly men showed up and within 2 hours had all the carpet torn out, the wall board cut away and the sewage backup cleaned up, cleared out, deodorized and sanitized. They explained everything they did as they were doing it in the most professional, friendly and polite way imaginable. They were constantly concerned about my safety and well-being. They treated me like family! I've never had better service in my life and I thank each and every one of you for helping me so quickly and so thoroughly. Mice were able to invade our house due to construction and set up camp in our pantry and garage. While another company provided the initial pest control and sealed off entry points, it was BioOne who truly saved us. It took me a few tries to connect with someone but once I did, they were incredible. They sent their tech out same day and he tackled the clean up (truly the hardest and worst part of our situation) with an extremely thorough disposal and disinfecting of our impacted areas. There was no way I could have done it myself and having the entire pantry and garage cleaned the right way brought a profound sense of relief to a situation that was not very tenable. Would absolutely use them again (I pray I never have to) and I would give them my strongest recommendation. Thank you so much BioOne. Truly.

These guys could not be more professional. They came and surveyed our area that needed cleaning, which was in atrocious shape and smelled awful. Within a few hours we had an estimate and by the next day they cleared our whole basement room. The space is so clean you almost can't recognize it, they took all the junk with them and disinfected the area. AMAZING SERVICE
