I am giving them 5 stars because a higher rating is not available. They were very quick in their response. It took a crew of 4, Lawrence, Jermain, Wayne and Duane 7 hours to clean a very contaminated and toxic apartment. All of these men were very compassionate in a difficult situation. They listened and offered good advice when I had to make difficult decisions while clearing out a loved one's apartment. Their high standards are not just my opinion. The maintenance manager of this very large apartment building said they use three companies who are very good at what they do, but the crew at Bio-one exceeded the work of them all. Thanks Bio-One!

Tony and the Bio-One of DC team are simply the best. Shoutout to Jermaine, DeAndre, and company. Under duress, I contacted Tony in the morning and he got my job scheduled for that very afternoon! I had a very positive experience with Bio-One DC. Everyone I dealt with was professional and kind. They were extremely responsive and did an amazing job and offered to do extra tasks to help us out. While they were in the unit, they would FaceTime to ask questions to make sure they understood what we wanted and show us the progress they were making. The finished product was better than expected. A week ago, I had an emergency need for a biohazard service and a short time frame of a few hours to finish it. Bio-One DC made immediate arrangements, completed the job swiftly and perfectly, and sent a specialist who was excellent and kind. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

This company specializes in hazardous waste clean up provides great service 24 hours a day 365 days a year. They are very compassionate about the needs of their customers and remains flexible to ensure the quality of work is a pure reflection of their core values. They provided me with a quote and an A1 team less 48 hours to assist me with damage that would have cost me thousands of dollars. There is not a job too big or too messy for the Bio-One team. I highly recommend this company to everyone in the DC and Maryland area.

Professionalism from start to finish. Let’s start with the fact, they answered the phone promptly and politely on a Sunday afternoon. Within 15 minutes of sending photos of the affected area a technician was dispatched to my location and arrived within the hour. WOW! As you can see from the photo, the affected area was treated with detail and care. 10/10 would recommend!

Bio 247 LLC D/B/A Bio-One DC - 10/2021 - 5 star +++ service and rating! Bio-One is a firm specializing in extreme cleanup services. They helped us deal with a family member’s home that had level 4 hoarding and extreme infestation by cockroaches and some mice. We had initially used another firm that was recommended to us, specializing in trash and junk removal. After they removed some items, they found they were unwilling/unable to complete the job in this hoarding situation. My wife did some research and located Bio-One, a locally owned firm in DC that specializes in hoarding cleanout. We spoke with Tony Holloman, a co-owner at Bio-One DC who conducted a review of the property and recommended what we needed to do. Tony is knowledgeable, very easy to deal with, respectful and understanding with the mental issues driving people to hoarding. We hired Tony and his firm right away and they were able conduct the clean-out and clean-up almost immediately upon our schedule. Tony and his crew and Bio-One clearly are experts in their field, were able to completely clean out, disinfect and fumigate the entire residence and stayed until the job was completed. The work was amazing and the entire house was sparkling clean! The work was professionally conducted, Tony and his team of experts were respectful of the residents and very easy to work with. The results were beyond our expectation – and all done at a fair, reasonable price. It's really difficult finding companies that do what Bio-One does. My wife hired them because we were getting worried about airborne Hantavirus from mouse feces. They were extremely thorough. They even cleaned carpets. This is a legit, full-hazmat team ready to take on what you can't. They were super easy to schedule and they came to our house within 2 days of calling them. Professional and highly effective. If you're debating the value, just do it. Hire them.

I contacted Bio one DC to come clean my elderly father’s house due to an infestation of mice. I first met with Tony. He is very personable and professional. Today 5/12/22, Lawrence & Jermain came to do the job. They arrived at the designated time. They were fantastic! Very professional. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. They even did the dishes.
