Lawrence and Jermaine were awesome! They were on time and handled everything with care! They were extremely friendly and professional! They were called to clean rodent feces out my storage unit due to an infestation at the facility which they handled with ease. I would use them again but let’s hope I do not have to :-)

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Tony and the Bio-One DC team. I came to DC to begin the process of handling my late Uncle’s estate and belongings. I was more than a little overwhelmed at the condition of his apartment and the sheer volume of “stuff” it held. I called Tony on Friday night and he had a crew meet me Saturday morning. Lawrence and Jermaine were incredible! They were friendly, compassionate and more than prepared to handle the task at hand. I’m still amazed at the difference after they spent the better part of their Saturday (6 hours) tackling the chaos. They were incredibly efficient and did an amazing job. When I found dead mice and mouse droppings in my garage, I had no idea who to call or where to begin to clean it up. Tony was incredibly helpful when he came by to take a look. His team came a couple of days later and carefully disinfected my boxes and moved them into a storage unit. They did a thorough cleaning of my garage all within a day. I highly recommend these folks for those jobs that you can't just hire a maid service for.

This company is very thorough and professional. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to give me a reasonable quote and complete the job. I am very pleased and highly recommended them if you are looking for superior work. Trust me they will not disappoint.

The team was on time, smart, caring, compassionate, efficient, experts at cleaning and disinfecting everything. I had become a hoarder and three months severe back pain prevented me from keeping my place up. It was awful but I felt no shame with the way they handled things. They restored my apartment to being spotless and clean for a healthy living environment as I recover from my spinal fusion surgery. They even found my missing Apple Pencil. I have a new life thanks to them. I cannot recommend them more.
