The team was on time, smart, caring, compassionate, efficient, experts at cleaning and disinfecting everything. I had become a hoarder and three months severe back pain prevented me from keeping my place up. It was awful but I felt no shame with the way they handled things. They restored my apartment to being spotless and clean for a healthy living environment as I recover from my spinal fusion surgery. They even found my missing Apple Pencil. I have a new life thanks to them. I cannot recommend them more.

I am giving them 5 stars because a higher rating is not available. They were very quick in their response. It took a crew of 4, Lawrence, Jermain, Wayne and Duane 7 hours to clean a very contaminated and toxic apartment. All of these men were very compassionate in a difficult situation. They listened and offered good advice when I had to make difficult decisions while clearing out a loved one's apartment. Their high standards are not just my opinion. The maintenance manager of this very large apartment building said they use three companies who are very good at what they do, but the crew at Bio-one exceeded the work of them all. Thanks Bio-One!

I called Bio-One spoke with Tiny regarding a dear friend's residence without hesitation he explained his company process and said not to worry they could make a difference. I had to write an endorsement for the work this team of men have done; to endure such an undertaking with compassion and encouragement all while diligently purging three levels within the home. Afterwards coming back and sanitizing each area. Not once did I see a look of disgust. Total professionalism exhibited. I contacted Bio-One DC on a Thursday to provide an assessment of a barn on one of the Park locations for the removal of Raccoon Feces. Tony immediately responded to the site within 30 minutes and provided a quote for services. Later that afternoon, I was sent an estimated proposal for Remediation of the site the next day. The team arrived on a Friday and immediately went to work. The location was engulfed with Raccoon feces on the stairs and both levels of the barn. Upon completion, the staff sent me pictures bolstering how impressed they were with the clean-up and how good it now smells. I appreciate the professionalism of the Bio-One DC team and efficiency of the service.
