Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too. They offered a work date for the next day, but since it was during the weekend and was sooner than I could accommodate, they schedule it when it was convenient for me. There was excellent communication before and during the work. Jermaine, Larnell, and River were very kind about the situation and very helpful in getting the job done quickly. Thank you. We were very pleased with the work Bio-One did for us. They cleaned out our attic, which had lots of bat-droppings. They carried furniture and boxes down, cleaned out all the droppings, disinfected the space and painted the floor. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Wow, feels like a huge weights been lifted off my shoulders once i saw the results of their work. Its hard enough worring about a loved one in throws of addiction, getting them to admit they have a problem to get them help but too have to woory as well about a biohazardous room that they created and how to deal with it...almost too much to much to bear. Then I reached out to Mark and his team at Bio-One Trenton. They did an amazing job; fast, discrete and so inderstanding and empathetic to out situation I was beyond grateful. Room filled with garbage...trash, human waste, rotting food, etc. They sorted out what was salvageable, disposed of what wasn't, sanitized and organized ! I would use them again in a second but hoping we never have too again but we'll see. Thanks Mark and Bio-One team!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness My Aunt has had a terrible issue with hoarding and after 7 years we finally were able to convince her to let someone deal with it. Mark and his Charity were phenomenal in dealing with her and understanding the challenges of dealing with someone who is dealing with a mental health issue.
