Patricia handled the cleanup of my house with efficiency, transparency and sensitivity. She was very understanding of the financial situation I was in prior to payment, and went out of her way to make sure I didn't feel pressured to pay when I didn't yet have the funds. She did a wonderful job on the house, and I would recommend her services to anyone who would need them.

After struggling to get someone to help us clean out a cluttered home, Mark was referred to us by a satisfied customer. He was very responsive and was able to come right out and give us a quote. They arrived promptly when they were scheduled. The job was done in the 2 days that were quoted. Most importantly, the entire crew was very understanding of the emotional needs surrounding a clean out of this kind. We were very pleased with the work Bio-One did for us. They cleaned out our attic, which had lots of bat-droppings. They carried furniture and boxes down, cleaned out all the droppings, disinfected the space and painted the floor. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too. They offered a work date for the next day, but since it was during the weekend and was sooner than I could accommodate, they schedule it when it was convenient for me. There was excellent communication before and during the work. Jermaine, Larnell, and River were very kind about the situation and very helpful in getting the job done quickly. Thank you. I want to start this by thanking Lucas and his team member for their compassion and professionalism in our dire time of need. I used Bio One to clean an area that someone passed away at. Lucas was prompt to arrive and very thorough and clear with communication from start to finish. He delivered a quote in a timely manner. His quote stayed true and they were able to start the following day and they finished within the amount of time they said they would. The location looks as good as new and even smells clean too. I hope to never need to use his services again for a clean out such as this. But if I do he's the only one I would be willing to call from now on. Andrew and his team went above and beyond to take care of our multifamily building. Andrew was very communicative and supportive as we made it through an unexpected sewer clean up. I can't say how much I appreciate the work this team did for me. Life-changing is an understatement. They did an amazing job on what was coincidentally one of the worst days of my life.
