Patricia handled the cleanup of my house with efficiency, transparency and sensitivity. She was very understanding of the financial situation I was in prior to payment, and went out of her way to make sure I didn't feel pressured to pay when I didn't yet have the funds. She did a wonderful job on the house, and I would recommend her services to anyone who would need them.

We were very pleased with the work Bio-One did for us. They cleaned out our attic, which had lots of bat-droppings. They carried furniture and boxes down, cleaned out all the droppings, disinfected the space and painted the floor. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too. They offered a work date for the next day, but since it was during the weekend and was sooner than I could accommodate, they schedule it when it was convenient for me. Andrew and his team went above and beyond to take care of our multifamily building. Andrew was very communicative and supportive as we made it through an unexpected sewer clean up. I was a dunderhead and thew a package of mothballs into the attic to evict squirrels. It evicted the squirrels but came close to evicting me. I needed to have the mothballs removed from my attic or else move to a hotel. Matt Gregg took care of the problem within minutes. He arrived exactly on time, followed the instructions as to how to access my house from the alley, and greeted me with a smiling handshake, which in the era of Covid has become a luxury. The whole process took 30 minutes. Matt showed me the bucket of attic mothballs and answered my prayers, and believe me I was praying. Note to self: NEVER throw mothballs into the attic. Bio-One is a big company that usually does horrible jobs like crime scene cleanup, so I was incredibly lucky they had the time to restore my life in my house.
