Tear Gas Cleanup 

Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too. They offered a work date for the next day, but since it was during the weekend and was sooner than I could accommodate, they schedule it when it was convenient for me. There was excellent communication before and during the work. Jermaine, Larnell, and River were very kind about the situation and very helpful in getting the job done quickly. Thank you. I am the caregiver for a 97-year-old woman that had a severe mold problem in her home. She hired Bio-one and is so happy with the results. Everyone was so professional, competent and compassionate, considering her age and the situation.. their two employees Jesus and Paulino were fantastic! Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness My Aunt has had a terrible issue with hoarding and after 7 years we finally were able to convince her to let someone deal with it. Mark and his Charity were phenomenal in dealing with her and understanding the challenges of dealing with someone who is dealing with a mental health issue. Patricia handled the cleanup of my house with efficiency, transparency and sensitivity. She was very understanding of the financial situation I was in prior to payment, and went out of her way to make sure I didn't feel pressured to pay when I didn't yet have the funds. She did a wonderful job on the house, and I would recommend her services to anyone who would need them.
