When I called they gave a prompt response and set up an appointment for 2 days away and that was excellent. We settled on a date for the service to begin and they were prompt and on time. They're demeanor was excellent and I enjoyed the manner in which they performed their services. They were completely professional and respected my possessions and myself. If asked I would recommend them to anyone that required this kind of service.

First time home owners here. We decided to take the safe route before moving into the property and get the house sanitize due to covid 19. I was very nervous but after speaking with Tom, he put a sense of calmness to the conversation which made everything go smoothly. Tom Gervasio, the owner, is very professional and responded to our call quickly. He was flexible and able to work around the condo association’s restrictions for dumpsters. His crew was friendly and very helpful during the stressful situation. They were able to locate important paperwork despite the garbage, animal feces, etc. I highly recommend Bio-One.

Tom and his team are absolutely amazing! I called at lunchtime to have my home cleaned following a COVID quarantine - they arrived the same day at 4:30! So accommodating. I would not hesitate to call Tom again in the future.
