Tom and his team promptly responded to my need for a home cleaning after a COVID quarantine. They were extremely accommodating despite my last-minute request. They made it to my house within a day of contacting them and kept me updated the entire time. Once at my house, they worked efficiently and even offered to extend their services to sanitize my car. They went above and beyond for me and also happen to be some of the friendliest people I've come across. I would highly recommend Tom and Bio-One!

When I called they gave a prompt response and set up an appointment for 2 days away and that was excellent. We settled on a date for the service to begin and they were prompt and on time. They're demeanor was excellent and I enjoyed the manner in which they performed their services. They were completely professional and respected my possessions and myself. I highly recommend Tom and Bio-One. He was amazing from the first phone call. He handed a delicate situation for us and was very helpful for further recommendations. He was prompt and helpful in resolving the problems. We were in town for only a few days and he was quick to help us resolve all. He went the extra mile and did a great job! What an amazing experience. A member of my family has struggled with hoarding disorder for many years. It wasn’t until I came by to visit that I found that it had progressed to the point where her house was extremely dangerous and hardly livable—bags piled to the ceiling in every room, and every desk drawer and cabinet filled to the brim. Some windows were inaccessible and had not been opened in years. I called Bio One to inquire and the owner, Tom, thoroughly answered all my questions and walked me through the process and gave me cost estimates. Over the course of a few days, I watched Tom and his very respectful cleaning team transform her house from a garbage dump into a beautiful home. Bio One literally changed our lives for the better. I highly recommend them. They’re really the absolute best!!

Recently contacted B/O regarding a potential mold issue in an out-of-area college apt. Tom was quick to provide options and remedies vs. opting for a highly expensive professional testing outfit. End result: Mold issue minimized. Healthier environment for all roommates. Savings of 1/2 the professional testing charge. The professional testing would not have SOLVED the problem. You can bet, Tom & Bio One will get the call (first) should another home or business environmental issue arise. Thanks Bio One Chester County!

I needed a rapid turn-around on an apartment clean up for my Senior loved one who had an unfortunate fall into some self neglect and squalor. I conducted an internet search, and was able to reach Tom. I spoke with him in depth avout my family's needs. He was compassionate, and efficient. On the day of clean-up he and the crew were on time and eager to get to the job. Tom was honest and realistic about the job. The team were extremely patient and affectionate to the pets that were caught in the clean-up. Tom kept in touch throughout the clean-up until the end. I would refer them to anyone who finds themselves in this type of crisis needing a company that is professional, compassionate, trustworthy and efficient.
