What an amazing experience. A member of my family has struggled with hoarding disorder for many years. It wasn’t until I came by to visit that I found that it had progressed to the point where her house was extremely dangerous and hardly livable—bags piled to the ceiling in every room, and every desk drawer and cabinet filled to the brim. When I called they gave a prompt response and set up an appointment for 2 days away and that was excellent. We settled on a date for the service to begin and they were prompt and on time. They're demeanor was excellent and I enjoyed the manner in which they performed their services. They were completely professional and respected my possessions and myself. If asked I would recommend them to anyone that required this kind of service.

Amazing job and staff!! They cleaned and sanitized from COVID-19 my entire apartment and also my car. Their staff are very friendly and profesional. They have all the equipment necessary, very professional!. They were very nice to my dogs, they explain me all this products won’t harm them and they were very thoughtful on making sure our dogs would be safe the entire process. Definitely would hire their services again without a doubt!!

Fast, friendly and efficient. From the first call till completed work the customer service was above and beyond. Plus Comet loved Tiffany (and my dog is an excellent judge of character.)

We weren’t happy with the reason we needed his services (raccoon feces) , but Tom made things so much better. He answered my call promptly and was so helpful. He came at the appointed time and was incredibly efficient. There were a few hoops for him to jump through regarding our property, but he took it in stride and came out victorious! I highly recommend him! Totally thorough, accommodating and friendly.

Recently contacted B/O regarding a potential mold issue in an out-of-area college apt. Tom was quick to provide options and remedies vs. opting for a highly expensive professional testing outfit. End result: Mold issue minimized. Healthier environment for all roommates. Savings of 1/2 the professional testing charge. The professional testing would not have SOLVED the problem.
