Amazing Service! When I simply didn't know where to turn when dealing with a situation in my elderly mother's home, Tom was there! I can't say enough about his professionalism, ability to problem solve and delivery of service. As well, he was able to promptly connect me to other needed services through his networking. I will call Tom again in a heart beat!

Tom and his team promptly responded to my need for a home cleaning after a COVID quarantine. They were extremely accommodating despite my last-minute request. They made it to my house within a day of contacting them and kept me updated the entire time. Once at my house, they worked efficiently and even offered to extend their services to sanitize my car. They went above and beyond for me and also happen to be some of the friendliest people I've come across. I would highly recommend Tom and Bio-One!

Amazing job and staff!! They cleaned and sanitized from COVID-19 my entire apartment and also my car. Their staff are very friendly and profesional. They have all the equipment necessary, very professional!. They were very nice to my dogs, they explain me all this products won’t harm them and they were very thoughtful on making sure our dogs would be safe the entire process. Recently contacted B/O regarding a potential mold issue in an out-of-area college apt. Tom was quick to provide options and remedies vs. opting for a highly expensive professional testing outfit. End result: Mold issue minimized. Healthier environment for all roommates. Savings of 1/2 the professional testing charge. The professional testing would not have SOLVED the problem. Tom Gervasio, the owner, is very professional and responded to our call quickly. He was flexible and able to work around the condo association’s restrictions for dumpsters. His crew was friendly and very helpful during the stressful situation. They were able to locate important paperwork despite the garbage, animal feces, etc. I highly recommend Bio-One.

What an amazing experience. A member of my family has struggled with hoarding disorder for many years. It wasn’t until I came by to visit that I found that it had progressed to the point where her house was extremely dangerous and hardly livable—bags piled to the ceiling in every room, and every desk drawer and cabinet filled to the brim. Some windows were inaccessible and had not been opened in years. I called Bio One to inquire and the owner, Tom, thoroughly answered all my questions and walked me through the process and gave me cost estimates. Over the course of a few days, I watched Tom and his very respectful cleaning team transform her house from a garbage dump into a beautiful home. Bio One literally changed our lives for the better. I needed a rapid turn-around on an apartment clean up for my Senior loved one who had an unfortunate fall into some self neglect and squalor. I conducted an internet search, and was able to reach Tom. I spoke with him in depth avout my family's needs. He was compassionate, and efficient. On the day of clean-up he and the crew were on time and eager to get to the job. Tom was honest and realistic about the job. The team were extremely patient and affectionate to the pets that were caught in the clean-up. Tom kept in touch throughout the clean-up until the end. I would refer them to anyone who finds themselves in this type of crisis needing a company that is professional, compassionate, trustworthy and efficient.

AMAZING service. Tom, Tiffany, and Eric were absolutely phenomenal at getting rid of decades old pet urine smell from our basement. They were professional, showed up on time, and took care of this issue with the best possible outcome, keeping us updated on the progress throughout. Tom explained every step as they were doing it and gave realistic expectations. I went to check out the smell today, one day after they finished treating and sealing my basement, and there is ZERO pet urine smell! Tom was fantastic to work with, always responding promptly, and gave honest and helpful opinions and referrals for other work to be done. While I hope not to need their services again, they would be the FIRST people I would call should the need arise. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!
