What an amazing experience. A member of my family has struggled with hoarding disorder for many years. It wasn’t until I came by to visit that I found that it had progressed to the point where her house was extremely dangerous and hardly livable—bags piled to the ceiling in every room, and every desk drawer and cabinet filled to the brim. Some windows were inaccessible and had not been opened in years. I called Bio One to inquire and the owner, Tom, thoroughly answered all my questions and walked me through the process and gave me cost estimates. Over the course of a few days, I watched Tom and his very respectful cleaning team transform her house from a garbage dump into a beautiful home. Bio One literally changed our lives for the better. When I called they gave a prompt response and set up an appointment for 2 days away and that was excellent. We settled on a date for the service to begin and they were prompt and on time. They're demeanor was excellent and I enjoyed the manner in which they performed their services. They were completely professional and respected my possessions and myself. Bio one Chester county Just recently did a job for me. I had dogs that Peed on a concrete floor in the basement. Several other companies were not able to guarantee they could get the smell out. Bio one Was able to. They Took the smell out and were reasonably priced punctual and very friendly. I would definitely recommend Bio-one if you have any type of pet odor or any odor in general.

Tom was quick to respond and give me an estimate for cleaning out my cousin's home. Me and my cousin, who is ill, differed on what to toss/what to keep. Tom was great at stepping back while my cousin and I "negotiated", and stepping in when we needed clarification. He's understanding, experienced, knowledgeable. He and his crew were quick, personable and flexible!!!! If you're like me --embarrased about having someone see a "beyond messy" house - don't worry.
