Tom was quick to respond and give me an estimate for cleaning out my cousin's home. Me and my cousin, who is ill, differed on what to toss/what to keep. Tom was great at stepping back while my cousin and I "negotiated", and stepping in when we needed clarification. He's understanding, experienced, knowledgeable. Bio-One Chester County is the best company to hire for cleaning up messes that are beyond your capability to handle. Tom estimated the cost, materials and number of days to complete the project. Despite the need to scale the job up during execution, the job was completed on time and on budget. Tom and his crew are great! I would recommend Bio-One. Tom was professional in showing up when planned and keeping me informed of the progress cleaning out a hoarding situation in a house I was selling as an executor. Given the difficult situation, his crew worked quickly and in the end left the house clean.

Tom and his group made what was a really difficult situation manageable. They were respectful, fast, kind and did an amazing job. Tom Gervasio, the owner, is very professional and responded to our call quickly. He was flexible and able to work around the condo association’s restrictions for dumpsters. AMAZING service. Tom, Tiffany, and Eric were absolutely phenomenal at getting rid of decades old pet urine smell from our basement. They were professional, showed up on time, and took care of this issue with the best possible outcome, keeping us updated on the progress throughout. Tom explained every step as they were doing it and gave realistic expectations. I went to check out the smell today, one day after they finished treating and sealing my basement, and there is ZERO pet urine smell! Tom was fantastic to work with, always responding promptly, and gave honest and helpful opinions and referrals for other work to be done. While I hope not to need their services again, they would be the FIRST people I would call should the need arise. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!
