5 Stars are NOT ENOUGH!! Rarely have I had service in any capacity like the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE GIVEN by the Entire Team at Bio 1 of Chester County!!! Tom picked up the phone at 9:45 at night after my spending all day with another "" Cash only"" vendor . He spoke in clear Terms about the Bio Hazzard job & the insurance process. He made all this happen in Record time and did all the Insurance paperwork too!! Tom also recommended another vendor for a different service, and they were also stellar!! I JUST HIRED Bio 1 of Chester County AGAIN this week for another clean up, and my neighbor Vicky texted me to remark on what a fast and efficient job they did. I am placing them in my phone for future work, they are worth their weight in PURE GOLD!!! There are NOT alot of people in any line of work that could match Bio 1 of Chester County!!!

Amazing Service! When I simply didn't know where to turn when dealing with a situation in my elderly mother's home, Tom was there! I would recommend Bio-One. Tom was professional in showing up when planned and keeping me informed of the progress cleaning out a hoarding situation in a house I was selling as an executor. Given the difficult situation, his crew worked quickly and in the end left the house clean.
