Andrew and Viktoriya Gonzales are the owners of Bio-One of Milwaukee. Originally from Madison, Andrew spent many years in the banking industry, in addition to serving on boards and committees for several Non-Profits, such as NAMI, MDC and United Way. He attended Madison College for Music Theory and is still active in the live music scene.
Viktoriya originally came to Wisconsin 18 years ago to further her education and loved it so much, she decided to stay. She holds degrees in Business Management and Accounting, having spent the last 12 years in telecommunications and management. Both have a passion for giving back to their community and have a drive to help those in the Milwaukee and surrounding area who are in need.
Bio-One is the awesome! My relative died in her bed and had been a hoarder. You cannot imagine the mess! Bio-One took what I thought to be an impossible task and completed it in one day! The place looks like new and is super-clean! I can't thank them enough.

Andrew and Viktoriya (and their entire team) were nothing short of AMAZING. Due to a sudden change in a health condition, it was necessary for us to move quickly (from what we’d hoped was our forever home.) They were a one-stop-shop of all we needed to quickly move! They organized our household: getting things ready for moving, donating or disposing; moved us into our new place (with care and attention to detail like we’ve never heard of in a moving company); helped us get settled in; then prepped our home for sale! (Painting, repairs, sprucing up… EVERYTHING that was needed to get ready for a real estate showing….which, by the way, enabled us to sell our place within 2.5 hours of listing for well over the asking price!) Andrew and Viktoriya actually made a difficult process virtually stress-free, and dare I say, enjoyable??? They (and their crew!) have delightful senses of humor, which made all the difference during an unexpected move. I made one of the hardest decision in my life when I reached out and contacted Bio-One of Milwaukee for help. Due to numerous reasons, my apartment got so out of hand I could have been on the show “Hoarders”. It was to the point, I didn’t want anyone to come over and was so overwhelmed , I started experiencing panic attacks. I spoke to Viktoriya and explained my situation and Viktoriya showed empathy and was extremely kind and understanding with what I was sharing with her. Her concern and demeanor allowed me to make a decision that I had been in able to make for years. Andrew and his helpers really helped out my family. He was very professional and explained the process to me. There was only respect and results! His services were better than we expected.
