Owner
Andrew and Viktoriya Gonzales are the owners of Bio-One of Milwaukee. Originally from Madison, Andrew spent many years in the banking industry, in addition to serving on boards and committees for several Non-Profits, such as NAMI, MDC and United Way. He attended Madison College for Music Theory and is still active in the live music scene.
Viktoriya originally came to Wisconsin 18 years ago to further her education and loved it so much, she decided to stay. She holds degrees in Business Management and Accounting, having spent the last 12 years in telecommunications and management. Both have a passion for giving back to their community and have a drive to help those in the Milwaukee and surrounding area who are in need.
This crew is nothing short of exceptional. They clearly take pride in doing their job well, and even more, go above and beyond to make sure they do everything they can to help. We hired them twice to help us clean out a home we had just purchased that had been vacant for quite some time. The first hire was to sanitize mouse droppings throughout the home, and the second was to remediate mold. Both jobs were done meticulously and with care, and each course of action was explained in great detail. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, there is literally no one else I will call on to help.

Bio-One did a great job for me. Very professional and they knew what to do. Came in on time and budget! I had a horrible mouse infestation that had been going on for years. Lots of mess and damage and they cleaned it all up. Plus, they consulted with me, ensuring that my mouse problem was eradicated before they came in to do the cleanup so that my effort would not be wasted. Very reliable highly recommend!

Andrew and his team were spectacular to work with. He was able to come out the same-day to walk-through a loved ones apartment after he had suddenly passed away. Andrew assessed the area and provided a thoughtful, thorough description of the process and clean-up. He was quick to respond to any follow-up questions as well. Since we live out of state, we were on a time crunch, but the team worked within our schedule to make everything turn out smoothly in the end. The entire crew was a joy to work with, on-time and respectful the day of the clean-up, and made a very difficult situation much easier to handle. The entire process was completed in about 6 hours and it looked amazing and move-in ready. We would highly recommend them in the future!

Had to hire to clean an elderly and terminally ill parents home. Viktoria and Andrew were wonderful to work with. The cleaning crew were very personable and very professional. A family member passed away and when we gained access to the house, we found a hoarding situation and mice had run all over the place. It was a mess and I didn't know how to begin cleaning it up. I am so happy that I found Bio-One. Andy and his team went above and beyond to insure that valuables were set aside and cleaned when needed. All trash was taken away and everything looked amazing when they were done. Andy was very good at communicating with me and responsive to my questions and concerns. He was able to handle a number of additional tasks that needed attention and referred me to others who could help when he couldn't. I would not hesitate to recommend Bio-One, especially in delicate situations where you desire respect for your loved one's home and possessions and where you want to trust the crew that is dealing with family "treasures". They were very conscientious and did a great job on the house, and made this very sad situation as stress-free as possible.
