Andrew and Viktoriya Gonzales are the owners of Bio-One of Milwaukee. Originally from Madison, Andrew spent many years in the banking industry, in addition to serving on boards and committees for several Non-Profits, such as NAMI, MDC and United Way. He attended Madison College for Music Theory and is still active in the live music scene.
Viktoriya originally came to Wisconsin 18 years ago to further her education and loved it so much, she decided to stay. She holds degrees in Business Management and Accounting, having spent the last 12 years in telecommunications and management. Both have a passion for giving back to their community and have a drive to help those in the Milwaukee and surrounding area who are in need.
Andrew and his team were spectacular to work with. He was able to come out the same-day to walk-through a loved ones apartment after he had suddenly passed away. Andrew assessed the area and provided a thoughtful, thorough description of the process and clean-up. He was quick to respond to any follow-up questions as well. Since we live out of state, we were on a time crunch, but the team worked within our schedule to make everything turn out smoothly in the end. The entire crew was a joy to work with, on-time and respectful the day of the clean-up, and made a very difficult situation much easier to handle. The entire process was completed in about 6 hours and it looked amazing and move-in ready. We would highly recommend them in the future!

This crew is nothing short of exceptional. They clearly take pride in doing their job well, and even more, go above and beyond to make sure they do everything they can to help. We hired them twice to help us clean out a home we had just purchased that had been vacant for quite some time. The first hire was to sanitize mouse droppings throughout the home, and the second was to remediate mold. Both jobs were done meticulously and with care, and each course of action was explained in great detail. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, there is literally no one else I will call on to help.

Had to hire to clean an elderly and terminally ill parents home. Viktoria and Andrew were wonderful to work with. The cleaning crew were very personable and very professional. Very reasonable pricing and the services they provide go above and beyond what a typical cleaning company would do. The whole crew worked diligently and provided exactly what we asked for. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. They handle difficult situations with empathy and I'm very glad I found them! I needed serious help in the worst way recently to get a loved ones apartment under control and deep cleaned. I found Andrew's website for Bio-One of Milwaukee and decided to give them a try. Andrew was super accommodating and set up a time to access the unit right away. His quote was reasonable and they were able to clean apartment the very next day which was a Sunday no less. They did an amazing job. They were professional, non judgmental, respectful of personal items and very efficient. They totally have given the apartment the reset it so desperately needed. Due to a sudden change in a health condition, it was necessary for us to move quickly (from what we’d hoped was our forever home.) They were a one-stop-shop of all we needed to quickly move! They organized our household: getting things ready for moving, donating or disposing; moved us into our new place (with care and attention to detail like we’ve never heard of in a moving company); helped us get settled in; then prepped our home for sale! (Painting, repairs, sprucing up… EVERYTHING that was needed to get ready for a real estate showing….which, by the way, enabled us to sell our place within 2.5 hours of listing for well over the asking price!) Andrew and Viktoriya actually made a difficult process virtually stress-free, and dare I say, enjoyable??? They (and their crew!) have delightful senses of humor, which made all the difference during an unexpected move.
