Andrew and Viktoriya Gonzales are the owners of Bio-One of Milwaukee. Originally from Madison, Andrew spent many years in the banking industry, in addition to serving on boards and committees for several Non-Profits, such as NAMI, MDC and United Way. He attended Madison College for Music Theory and is still active in the live music scene.
Viktoriya originally came to Wisconsin 18 years ago to further her education and loved it so much, she decided to stay. She holds degrees in Business Management and Accounting, having spent the last 12 years in telecommunications and management. Both have a passion for giving back to their community and have a drive to help those in the Milwaukee and surrounding area who are in need.
Andrew Gonzales’ team is a wonderful, hardworking group! It has always been pleasant doing business with Andy and Viktoriya!!!

I had a situation that was a bit unusual.There was a motorhome in my backyard that has been sitting for 30 years. Raccoons and the elements had destroyed the contents. It had been used as a storage space and was filled with mold and feces. I didn’t think anyone would touch it. Due to numerous reasons, my apartment got so out of hand I could have been on the show “Hoarders”. This crew is nothing short of exceptional. They clearly take pride in doing their job well, and even more, go above and beyond to make sure they do everything they can to help. We hired them twice to help us clean out a home we had just purchased that had been vacant for quite some time. The first hire was to sanitize mouse droppings throughout the home, and the second was to remediate mold. Both jobs were done meticulously and with care, and each course of action was explained in great detail. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, there is literally no one else I will call on to help.

I needed serious help in the worst way recently to get a loved ones apartment under control and deep cleaned. I found Andrew's website for Bio-One of Milwaukee and decided to give them a try. Andrew was super accommodating and set up a time to access the unit right away. His quote was reasonable and they were able to clean apartment the very next day which was a Sunday no less. Andrew and his team were spectacular to work with. He was able to come out the same-day to walk-through a loved ones apartment after he had suddenly passed away. Andrew assessed the area and provided a thoughtful, thorough description of the process and clean-up. He was quick to respond to any follow-up questions as well. Since we live out of state, we were on a time crunch, but the team worked within our schedule to make everything turn out smoothly in the end. The entire crew was a joy to work with, on-time and respectful the day of the clean-up, and made a very difficult situation much easier to handle. The entire process was completed in about 6 hours and it looked amazing and move-in ready. We would highly recommend them in the future!
