This company blew me away with their excellent service, but even more with the compassionate way they provided cleanup of a tragic event so the parents would not have to face the carnage. I would never use a different company if I ever needed one in the future. This family owned company really cares about the people they serve. I would recommend them for any job. My experience with Bio-One, from start to finish, was the best. I had no idea what a (damp) basement clean out would cost, but it had to be done. Phil and Angela were kind, realistic, prompt, worked with me to get it into my budget, and then did it in one day with hustle.
