My experience with Bio-One, from start to finish, was the best. I had no idea what a (damp) basement clean out would cost, but it had to be done. Phil and Angela were kind, realistic, prompt, worked with me to get it into my budget, and then did it in one day with hustle. Recently we had a tragic death in the family. The biohazard it made was horrendous and heartbreaking. Phill and his team responded even before the police left the scene. They were compassionate as much as they were efficient. They understood the grief my wife was going through and ‘erased’ the scene so she could enter without being traumatized. Being in law enforcement myself, I know how much hazmat cleanup can cost. BioOnePDX was extremely fair and cost effective. I honestly hope we never have to use them again for obvious reasons but if we did, I know we can trust them to take care of us as if we were part of their own family.
