Truly a gift from above. Michael and his teammate arrived on such short notice to help prepare me to care for a family member arriving home from the hospital. I have a cat that and she’s been spraying and peeing everywhere due to a long term UTI. I was seconds short of giving up completely but found Bio-One for any odor removal as well as a bunch of other commonly needed services. I called Rene and asked for an estimate. He came by for a free estimate and minutes later we had a time and two wonderful technicians Taylor and Michael, who not only were supportive but also answered any and all questions I had in regards to the project and also on short notice were absolutely accommodating on removing some of the things out of my apartment I no longer wanted. I have to say 20/10 service wise and 110% on everything they did for me. The apartment not only smelled clean and fresh but looked so much more organized. I highly recommend Bio-One for their services as they gave me so much relief. They are definitely my go-to!

We live on a canyon and I discovered animal feces in the corner of our patio behind some bins and exercise equipment. Rene, Sal and RJ showed up promptly. I thought they were only cleaning the contaminated area but they disinfected the whole patio, as well as all the furniture and hauled away items I wanted discarded. "I can't say enough good things about this company! During my search for a mold inspector, I was given the name and phone number for Rene Flohr. My call was answered within minutes. Rene came to my home in Ocean Beach from Poway at 6:00 AM to assess the situation. He did not find any mold, just a little bit mildew in the shower drain and seam. He gave me instruction of how to clean the mildew. When I called Rene, I mentioned that I was under extreme time-pressure to have the job done. Hence his amazing effort to meet me at 6:00 am. Bio-One was there within an hour and investigated the problem and the immediately sent a crew to handle the Bio-Clean up. Rene (the owner) was involved every step of the way well into the evening (10 pm on a Friday night). I have been in HOA management for closet to forty (40) years and never had such a great response from a vendor.
