"I can't say enough good things about this company! During my search for a mold inspector, I was given the name and phone number for Rene Flohr. My call was answered within minutes. Rene came to my home in Ocean Beach from Poway at 6:00 AM to assess the situation. He did not find any mold, just a little bit mildew in the shower drain and seam. He gave me instruction of how to clean the mildew. When I called Rene, I mentioned that I was under extreme time-pressure to have the job done. Hence his amazing effort to meet me at 6:00 am. We had a sewer line break and spill within our underground garage in La Jolla. Bio-One was there within an hour and investigated the problem and the immediately sent a crew to handle the Bio-Clean up. Great service. Staff were professional, friendly, and understanding.
