Had an unexpected situation that happened in my Mom's home on 12 Jan 21. When the police cleared the scene, we contacted ServePro for clean up. They declined but referred us to Bio-One in Montgomery, Alabama. Bio-One was very responsive, and came out the next day at 8am. Compassionate, caring, and professional from start to finish. They were thorough in the process and completed the task quickly. Worked with my insurance company. Highly recommend Bio-One in time of need! Thank you!

I have been with Bio One of Mesa for a year and have had the pleasure building up Mesa and the surrounding areas, has been a great experience from helping people in times of need to meeting wonderful people and connecting with folks and being a face of a community when they call I am there, which I never thought that could be possible. I love being a big part of the community & help out when I can! My main lesson I learned here with Bio One is “It’s Not About You! -When people know you care and are there to serve, they will knock down walls for you. I just used Bio-One Richmond to help me with "Overwhelming Clutter". Marc responded immediately, gave me an estimate, and set up a scheduled time. The team members (1 to 4 of them) showed up daily on-time and ready to work. Chase lead the group and set up a daily plan with me. He and Chase 2.0 and Elliot and Sidny were efficient, effective and respectful as they listened to my requets, filled 2 large dumpster loads, delivered donations and cleaned the garage, the attic, and every room. Great crew! I highly recommend them!

Reached out to Bio-One asking for help on a BAD odor and explained that it was an emergency as it was in a church. The gentleman that answered the phone not only answered my questions but also assured me that they would be able to work on it that day and do whatever they could so Sunday Morning services could take place. Spoke with them the next morning and they relayed to me that the church was able to continue with services as planned and that everything was freshened up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any all your Bio Needs.

Marc was very helpful and knows his stuff. He was able to identify areas of pet damage and eleminate it. He was fast and efficient. If I need help in the future, Bio-One is who I'll call.

My husband and I opened up our Bio-One office in 2018 in Flagstaff. We have received so much support from Bio-One Inc to make sure that we can reach our full potential. We get to help our community, partner with other amazing companies and be more available for our children than ever before. On top of that, all of the other offices are great to work with and support one another. The only regret we have is not purchasing an officer sooner.

Cory and his team are the best! They responded to an overwhelming job on short notice and did a great job! They hauled 5 26 foot dumpsters off the property. We called on a follow up to assist with construction trash the contractor didn’t haul away and he was there within two hours to help. His prices are reasonable and more importantly, they work with integrity and protect your family interest, protecting valuables as best they can. Hire these guys, they are Great workers.

At the worst time of my families life, this company made what was anticipated to be the worst thing in the world to do the easiest part of this tragedy. From contacting the company and speaking with Mark to his team everything was handled professionally, with empathy, and respectfully. Chase and Chloe's response at the house was liken to having your friends come help you deal with a terrible situation. They made me feel supported, they were informative and made what I feared to be the worst part of dealing with a suicide the easiest so far. I highly recommend this company that helps you deal with the cleanup as well as other things you just don't know about when someone dies in this manner. I rarely do reviews because it's not often I feel so passionate about something a business has done. This company exceeded my expectations and truly does what no one else ever wants to do. I'm beyond grateful for the as individuals and a company!

Leaving the corporate world of IT, and starting a franchise was scary and exciting. I entered into my franchise in 2019, but didn’t officially launch until 2020. As we all know, 2020 was the year we entered the COVID-19 Pandemic. At that point, I really didn’t know what to expect. The entire in person marketing that I had mapped out and planned, was STOPPED! I recently decided to switch out furniture and flooring in my living room. The original 20 year old carpet had been subjected to many spills and pet "messes". Ryan and Kristi came to my house and carried away two, also 20 year old, couches and a cabinet I didn't like very much anyway. Once they got the carpet and pad up the stench of urine from various pets was horrible. They were very informative and meticulous about applying product to the floors to get the odor out. They paid special attention to areas that were especially stained. They laid down plastic over the area so the product could get into the wood. Ryan came back the next day to remove the plastic and the check for my satisfaction. The price for all of this was very reasonable and I plan to call them as I move on to the next room. Very professional and skilled!

I recently hired Bio-One to clean out a relative's 2000 square foot house which they occupied for over 60 years. A lot of "stuff" had accumulated over the years, not only in the house but the shed too. Throw in a case of hoarding by the remaining daughter and her son, along with her sick cat that urinated on the carpeting. Due to the daughter's hoarding, infestation of cockroaches were found throughout the kitchen. Once the house was vacated Bio-One moved in to discard everything not nailed down in the house along with all carpeting. After emptying the house they deep cleaned every square inch including the insides of all cabinets, appliances and bathrooms too. The before and after pictures are a sight to be seen. He (Cuyler) and his team did it four plus days. Yes, we attempted to clean it out ourselves (five adults) but after three weekends and not making a dent, we had no choice. Bio-One sent us daily "progress pictures" along with keeping us in the loop with multiple text messages. His proposal was extremely detailed with what they were to do so there weren't any questions. Totally amazed and would highly recommend.
