Crime Scene Cleanup and Biohazard Decontamination

I have an apartment I’m trying to get cleaned with severe pet damage. I had Chad come out to do a quote, relatively instantly i might add. To my surprise, he told me the service he does is too intense for this apartment and pointed me in the direction of a traditional cleaning service for much cheaper. Really nice guy, very honest, would’ve loved to use this company.

Joe (owner at Bio One) is genuine, professional and unphased by any mess... There is noone else I would call with any bio hazard situation

My father passed away in an Incredibly traumatic way. I called this company, and spoke to Joe. I was blown away immediately. It was Easter weekend and he worked late, and encouraged others to work late to take care of the cleanup. He fought for me to get insurance to cover their work as he do not like to do family members directly. He went above and beyond, with compassion and gentleness that I will never forget! God bless Bio One!

We had an awesome experience with Joe at Bio-One when we went to move our furniture and other belongings out of storage and discovered that mice had gotten in and gone crazy in there. He was extremely helpful in helping us determine what was safe to keep, what wasn’t, and how how to safely clean those items that we did keep. He was very honest as well, and chose to educate us on proper clean-up rather than take advantage and charge us for services that we didn’t need. What a gift his expertise is to the community! Would 100% recommend for any hazardous clean-up situations.

Amazing company with compassionate and understanding employees and owner. Even when I called in the middle of the night there was a real person answering the phone and a very fast response time. Very discrete, knowledgeable and kind hearted crew that they sent out ASAP regardless of the hour. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Thank you.

Joe and Chad were amazing to work with! My husband and are were victims of a terrible crime and they were so friendly and professional to work with. I highly recommend them! We cant thank them enough for all of their hard work and coming out on such short notice.
