Dealing with the trauma of death is hard enough on any family member. Being responsible for any Bio cleanup, immediately following the loss of a loved one, is something no family member should ever have to do. When our family found ourselves in this situation we called Bio-One. The team at Bio-One quickly responded to our need’s in a compassionate and professional manner. Joe took care of everything required, without involving the family, and maintained a level of respect and dignity for our situation throughout the entire process. My father in law passed away in his sleep and it was about a week and a half before he was found. Bio one came in less than an hour from our call and were extremely professional and sympathetic to our needs. They helped us every step of the way and were very patient on receiving payment as it was covered under his homeowners insurance. I appreciate how quickly Joe was able to get my rental back to normal. I had an unoccupied death in my rental and was very impressed at how good of a job Joe's team did at cleaning up the apartment. Joe even made a special trip to the apartment before they cleaned it and grabbed a few things for the family of the deceased so that I didn't have to go in there.

My father passed away in an Incredibly traumatic way. I called this company, and spoke to Joe. I was blown away immediately. It was Easter weekend and he worked late, and encouraged others to work late to take care of the cleanup. He fought for me to get insurance to cover their work as he do not like to do family members directly. He went above and beyond, with compassion and gentleness that I will never forget! We called the owner Joe to come and give us a bid on some cat urine damage in a rental property. He answered his phone promptly and was available within a couple of days. On the day of our appointment he was called in to clean up a homicide which obviously takes priority and was going to be late. He made sure to call ahead of time to reschedule and came out that same day after regular business hours. I appreciate his follow through. He even offered advice on how we can treat it ourselves if we choose to do so. Great experience and we will definitely recommend him to all our friends and neighbors!
