Death, Crime Scene, Biohazard & Hoarding Clean Up Services for Carroll County

My 76 year old neighbor who is hard of hearing and a hoarder, needed major help with his apartment. He is a serious horder with his belongings stacked all throughout his apartment. In a very short time, Bio-One DC made an assessment and scheduled a quick appointment that day. Jermaine and his crew of three additional men carefully and diligently worked my neighbor in a kind, compassionate and respectful manner to honor his wishes about his belongings, while they packed up his belongings and santized his apartment to put it in an orderly fashion. Lawrence and his team (Jermaine and Rivers) were exceptional. I honestly would give them 10 stars if I could. Booking was effortless, they were on time and ready to get to work. They were extremely respectful and very, very mindful of my home. They are informative, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the work done and that I was once again comfortable in my home (mice droppings-yuck!). I hope I never have the need to, but I would call them again in a minute if needed.

Bio-One did an excellent job cleaning up my in-laws apartment after a death. They are very Nic people who helped the family at a difficult time when they didn't know where to turn. The in-laws had been hoarding and hiding it from us - we couldn't even move in the unit. Bio-One cleaned out all the trash and disinfected so that we could have an estate sale for the rest. The customer should be sure to take before and after photos of the affected areas if you plan to file an insurance claim as your insurance company will want a full explanation of what was done.
