Bio 247 LLC D/B/A Bio-One DC - 10/2021 - 5 star +++ service and rating! Bio-One is a firm specializing in extreme cleanup services. They helped us deal with a family member’s home that had level 4 hoarding and extreme infestation by cockroaches and some mice. We had initially used another firm that was recommended to us, specializing in trash and junk removal. After they removed some items, they found they were unwilling/unable to complete the job in this hoarding situation. My wife did some research and located Bio-One, a locally owned firm in DC that specializes in hoarding cleanout. We spoke with Tony Holloman, a co-owner at Bio-One DC who conducted a review of the property and recommended what we needed to do. Tony is knowledgeable, very easy to deal with, respectful and understanding with the mental issues driving people to hoarding. We hired Tony and his firm right away and they were able conduct the clean-out and clean-up almost immediately upon our schedule. Tony and his crew and Bio-One clearly are experts in their field, were able to completely clean out, disinfect and fumigate the entire residence and stayed until the job was completed. The work was amazing and the entire house was sparkling clean! The work was professionally conducted, Tony and his team of experts were respectful of the residents and very easy to work with. The results were beyond our expectation – and all done at a fair, reasonable price. When I found dead mice and mouse droppings in my garage, I had no idea who to call or where to begin to clean it up. Tony was incredibly helpful when he came by to take a look. His team came a couple of days later and carefully disinfected my boxes and moved them into a storage unit. They did a thorough cleaning of my garage all within a day. I highly recommend these folks for those jobs that you can't just hire a maid service for.

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Tony and the Bio-One DC team. I came to DC to begin the process of handling my late Uncle’s estate and belongings. I was more than a little overwhelmed at the condition of his apartment and the sheer volume of “stuff” it held. I called Tony on Friday night and he had a crew meet me Saturday morning. Lawrence and Jermaine were incredible! They were friendly, compassionate and more than prepared to handle the task at hand. I’m still amazed at the difference after they spent the better part of their Saturday (6 hours) tackling the chaos. They were incredibly efficient and did an amazing job. BioOne service did an awesome job. In the middle of my critical crisis. I had to make a call to a crime cleaner service. BioOne was one of the top three people to contact. Once I made the called. I explained to him what happen. Tony was extremely professional, kind and courteous. I had to call him a few times. Not once did he get irritated with me. Tony explained the process step by step which help me understand more of what was about to take place. A few hours later he showed up with his technician. They both did an excellent job. I contacted Bio-One DC on a Thursday to provide an assessment of a barn on one of the Park locations for the removal of Raccoon Feces. Tony immediately responded to the site within 30 minutes and provided a quote for services. Later that afternoon, I was sent an estimated proposal for Remediation of the site the next day. The team arrived on a Friday and immediately went to work. The location was engulfed with Raccoon feces on the stairs and both levels of the barn. Upon completion, the staff sent me pictures bolstering how impressed they were with the clean-up and how good it now smells. I appreciate the professionalism of the Bio-One DC team and efficiency of the service.

With COVID-19 and increased rat presence, while we do have a rodent control contractor, but the rats became relentless with waste all over our patio Bio One was very responsive, coming in less than 24 hours and extremely thorough, cleaning the waste and disinfecting everything from the patio tiles, artificial grass, patio furniture and more. It now smells super clean and actually gave our patio a spring cleaning! Haha. Thank you! Highly recommend.
