BioOne came out quickly and did an excellent job cleaning a bedroom of rodent droppings. Jermaine was so professional. Cleaning was done quickly and very throughly. And he used professional-grade fogger at end too. Now it smells so fresh. I’m a highly satisfied customer. And so relieved that it’s safe to use that room again. We recently moved into our new home and found mice in the garage. I called a pest control company and then looked up a company who could decontaminate under the garage shelving. Bio One quickly responded to my inquiry and coordinated a time to come out once we got the all clear from the pest control rep. They provided prompt, professional service and now I can use my garage without feeling queasy. I would highly recommend them if you need a space professionally decontaminated.

Bio-One was wonderful! From Tony answering the phone after 6 PM on a Friday night, to then calling me 45 minutes later to let me know I had an appointment at 10 AM the next day. I truly appreciate his customer service, friendliness, and willingness to help me out in a time of need! Both Jermaine and Dewayne were fabulous! They arrived earlier then the appointment time and walked me through the whole process. They insured me that all of the chemicals and processes they would use were not only safe for humans but for pets. I truly appreciate their timeliness to this matter. I highly recommend and trust the services of Bio-One and would use them again in a heartbeat for any hazardous related issues!

His team came a couple of days later and carefully disinfected my boxes and moved them into a storage unit. They did a thorough cleaning of my garage all within a day. They helped us deal with a family member’s home that had level 4 hoarding and extreme infestation by cockroaches and some mice. We had initially used another firm that was recommended to us, specializing in trash and junk removal. After they removed some items, they found they were unwilling/unable to complete the job in this hoarding situation. My wife did some research and located Bio-One, a locally owned firm in DC that specializes in hoarding cleanout. We spoke with Tony Holloman, a co-owner at Bio-One DC who conducted a review of the property and recommended what we needed to do. Tony is knowledgeable, very easy to deal with, respectful and understanding with the mental issues driving people to hoarding. We hired Tony and his firm right away and they were able conduct the clean-out and clean-up almost immediately upon our schedule. Tony and his crew and Bio-One clearly are experts in their field, were able to completely clean out, disinfect and fumigate the entire residence and stayed until the job was completed. The work was amazing and the entire house was sparkling clean! The work was professionally conducted, Tony and his team of experts were respectful of the residents and very easy to work with. The results were beyond our expectation – and all done at a fair, reasonable price. Recommend highly! We had a violent death in the family on Christmas Eve 2022. We initially called another biohazard clean up service with excellent reviews and their communication and response time were poor and inconsistent, adding more stress to an already horrible situation. We contacted Bio-One and Jermaine and Andre came out the SAME DAY we contacted them, within an hour or two, and started work immediately. They left the ozone machine running overnight so the next day when we returned there was no odor, no trace, nothing to indicate anything had ever happened. Everything was sanitized, all biohazard removed, and smelled like a normal house without chemical smells. We were (are) grieving and traumatized. Jermaine and Andre were so kind and professional. Their service took a load off of our shoulders. I don’t believe in angels but if I did, Jermaine and Andre would qualify. I will forever be grateful for their services when I needed them most.

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Tony and the Bio-One DC team. I came to DC to begin the process of handling my late Uncle’s estate and belongings. I was more than a little overwhelmed at the condition of his apartment and the sheer volume of “stuff” it held. I called Tony on Friday night and he had a crew meet me Saturday morning. Lawrence and Jermaine were incredible! They were friendly, compassionate and more than prepared to handle the task at hand. I’m still amazed at the difference after they spent the better part of their Saturday (6 hours) tackling the chaos. They were incredibly efficient and did an amazing job. Tony came out on a hot summer day and did a great job cleaning out a deer mouse infestation in my car. Got everything vaccuumed up, santizied, and fogged clean, all for a flat rate quote. Pleasant dude and nice service all around, would recommend.
