John and Jen Symons are the owners of Bio-One of Charlotte. Both John and Jen grew up in Michigan and moved to Charlotte, NC in 2007. John has worked in the restoration field for over ten years, and loves helping his customers. He uses his experience and expertise to help restore their client's homes to a safe and clean condition. Jen graduated from Central Michigan University and is passionate about helping those in need. John and Jen have two daughters and are very active in their community of Rock Hill, SC.
They helped me tremendously. They were very efficient in getting all of my problem areas out of my home. They knew my main goal that I was after and helped me achieve it. They were available at any time for any questions and weren't judgmental. They did a 180 on my house and helped me overcome issues I wouldn't have been able to accomplish alone. They took a bunch of trash items to the landfill for me and recommended a new flooring company to work with as well. They have even answered numerous questions even after the job was completed. Thank you Jen and John so much for helping me through my transition! I greatly appreciate it! I would recommend them to friends and family and if I ever need them again, I won't hesitate to call. Very professional and helpful when a loved one passes with a filthy hoarding house. The owners and crew are compassionate in handling the cleanup, while helping to secure items for the family from mementos to valuables. In the meantime, Bio-One came onboard and accomplished the job less than 5 days of providing the quote. We still have yet to hear from ServPro. This crew is compassionate polite, professional and also took the time to make heart warming personal placements of knick knacks found throughout the house during their work. They nailed it.

Where do I even BEGIN. These wonderfully amazing people helped me gain control of my Life back. 10 years of hoarding and they cleared my home out in 3 days. Matt was so kind and thoughtful. Joey and I talked about dnd and video games and it felt nice to be able to Smile and laugh through a tough process.
