John and Jen Symons are the owners of Bio-One of Charlotte. Both John and Jen grew up in Michigan and moved to Charlotte, NC in 2007. John has worked in the restoration field for over ten years, and loves helping his customers. He uses his experience and expertise to help restore their client's homes to a safe and clean condition. Jen graduated from Central Michigan University and is passionate about helping those in need. John and Jen have two daughters and are very active in their community of Rock Hill, SC.

They arrived on time, reviewed what they would be doing. They were organized, worked quickly and efficiently. They would check with me before removing items to the toss, donate pile. After cleaning and disinfecting our garage, they replaced items in an organized fashion. Our garage has never seen such a state of organization since we moved into our home 18 years ago. They removed a house full of junk and old furniture, including an upright piano, and disposed in dumpster. They found a lot, a lot of loose change, which they handed over to me. They cleaned out the kitchen cabinets, wiped down all the interiors and exteriors of cabinets, wiped down all appliances, counters, light fixtures, floors, walls, bathrooms. It was all done efficiently and with care in about a day and a half. They kept me posted on when they would be there and when they were leaving. Really professional and very nice crew
