I have an apartment I’m trying to get cleaned with severe pet damage. I had Chad come out to do a quote, relatively instantly i might add. To my surprise, he told me the service he does is too intense for this apartment and pointed me in the direction of a traditional cleaning service for much cheaper. Really nice guy, very honest, would’ve loved to use this company.

I am a very picky person, so when I say theses guys are AMAZING, I mean it from thier customer service, flexibility, clean-up crew, they're very professional, good price, follow-up & communication. I hired them to come help with my parents home in a area that had been taken over by mice. They were very sweet when working & helping set up a plan of action to prevent future issues with mice returning.

Dealing with the trauma of death is hard enough on any family member. Being responsible for any Bio cleanup, immediately following the loss of a loved one, is something no family member should ever have to do. When our family found ourselves in this situation we called Bio-One. The team at Bio-One quickly responded to our need’s in a compassionate and professional manner. Joe took care of everything required, without involving the family, and maintained a level of respect and dignity for our situation throughout the entire process.
