We had an awesome experience with Joe at Bio-One when we went to move our furniture and other belongings out of storage and discovered that mice had gotten in and gone crazy in there. He was extremely helpful in helping us determine what was safe to keep, what wasn’t, and how how to safely clean those items that we did keep. He was very honest as well, and chose to educate us on proper clean-up rather than take advantage and charge us for services that we didn’t need. What a gift his expertise is to the community!
