The team was on time, smart, caring, compassionate, efficient, experts at cleaning and disinfecting everything. I had become a hoarder and three months severe back pain prevented me from keeping my place up. It was awful but I felt no shame with the way they handled things. They restored my apartment to being spotless and clean for a healthy living environment as I recover from my spinal fusion surgery. They even found my missing Apple Pencil. Besides the extraordinary customer service and professionalism, I am most grateful for Jermaine’s and Tony’s sympathetic manner. The entire Bio-One team went above and beyond to support our condominium community while managing an outrageous hoarding clean-out. Jermaine was in regular contact me and showed tremendous patience with the hovering mother still processing the horrific contaminated scene. Jermaine made two courtesy visits to accommodate the mother’s need to go through items and move heavy objects. Jermaine provided extra disinfectant, treated the area with an anti-COVID product and left an air purifier overnight to appease my smell sensitivity - all free of charge! I received 3 bids and Tony’s estimate was a significantly better value. I hope the universe responds in kind to their generosity - I HEART BIO-ONE!

BioOne service did an awesome job. In the middle of my critical crisis. I had to make a call to a crime cleaner service. BioOne was one of the top three people to contact. Once I made the called. I explained to him what happen. Tony was extremely professional, kind and courteous. I had to call him a few times. Not once did he get irritated with me. Tony explained the process step by step which help me understand more of what was about to take place. A few hours later he showed up with his technician. They both did an excellent job. I highly recommend BioOne services for all your professional needs.

We recently needed to clear and clean a condo that had been subjected to a couple of decades' worth of clutter and neglect. In order to accommodate the occupant, we needed to be able to break the task down into two or more sessions rather than address it all at once. After vetting multiple companies we hired BioOne. Tony, the owner, worked with us on a plan and estimate that allowed us to efficiently tackle the worst issues in two full days. The crew--Chad, Jermaine, Quinn, and Mason--worked hard and accomplished a great deal in terms of removal, grouping remaining items, and initial cleaning. When we mentioned to Tony that some of the planned deep cleaning had not been completed due to time constraints, he arranged to send a cleaning crew out on Day 3. Shannon and LaKeisha did excellent work and left the place in a condition that exceeded our expectations. We're very happy with the services we received from BioOne and felt they were professional, responsive, efficient, and frankly delivered a better value than other companies we priced for the job. We would recommend them to anyone in the DMV who needs to address a severely cluttered property.

Mice were able to invade our house due to construction and set up camp in our pantry and garage. While another company provided the initial pest control and sealed off entry points, it was BioOne who truly saved us. It took me a few tries to connect with someone but once I did, they were incredible. They sent their tech out same day and he tackled the clean up (truly the hardest and worst part of our situation) with an extremely thorough disposal and disinfecting of our impacted areas. There was no way I could have done it myself and having the entire pantry and garage cleaned the right way brought a profound sense of relief to a situation that was not very tenable. Would absolutely use them again (I pray I never have to) and I would give them my strongest recommendation. Thank you so much BioOne. Truly.

BioOne came out quickly and did an excellent job cleaning a bedroom of rodent droppings. Jermaine was so professional. Cleaning was done quickly and very throughly. And he used professional-grade fogger at end too. Now it smells so fresh. I’m a highly satisfied customer. And so relieved that it’s safe to use that room again.
