I contacted Bio-One DC on a Thursday to provide an assessment of a barn on one of the Park locations for the removal of Raccoon Feces. Tony immediately responded to the site within 30 minutes and provided a quote for services. Later that afternoon, I was sent an estimated proposal for Remediation of the site the next day. The team arrived on a Friday and immediately went to work. The location was engulfed with Raccoon feces on the stairs and both levels of the barn. Upon completion, the staff sent me pictures bolstering how impressed they were with the clean-up and how good it now smells. I appreciate the professionalism of the Bio-One DC team and efficiency of the service.

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Tony and the Bio-One DC team. I came to DC to begin the process of handling my late Uncle’s estate and belongings. I was more than a little overwhelmed at the condition of his apartment and the sheer volume of “stuff” it held. I called Tony on Friday night and he had a crew meet me Saturday morning. Lawrence and Jermaine were incredible! They were friendly, compassionate and more than prepared to handle the task at hand. I’m still amazed at the difference after they spent the better part of their Saturday (6 hours) tackling the chaos. They were incredibly efficient and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Tony and team.

I called Bio-One spoke with Tiny regarding a dear friend's residence without hesitation he explained his company process and said not to worry they could make a difference. I had to write an endorsement for the work this team of men have done; to endure such an undertaking with compassion and encouragement all while diligently purging three levels within the home. Afterwards coming back and sanitizing each area. Not once did I see a look of disgust. Total professionalism exhibited. Tony came out on a hot summer day and did a great job cleaning out a deer mouse infestation in my car. Got everything vaccuumed up, santizied, and fogged clean, all for a flat rate quote. Pleasant dude and nice service all around, would recommend.

I called Bio-One DC and they were able to send someone the next day to clean up my storage room. The technician called ahead to make sure I was aware when she would come. The technician did a great job cleaning the room. She spent time checking all the areas in the room. At the end, she also gave me some tips on avoiding the problem in the future.

Professionalism from start to finish. Let’s start with the fact, they answered the phone promptly and politely on a Sunday afternoon. Within 15 minutes of sending photos of the affected area a technician was dispatched to my location and arrived within the hour. WOW! As you can see from the photo, the affected area was treated with detail and care. 10/10 would recommend!

With COVID-19 and increased rat presence, while we do have a rodent control contractor, but the rats became relentless with waste all over our patio Bio One was very responsive, coming in less than 24 hours and extremely thorough, cleaning the waste and disinfecting everything from the patio tiles, artificial grass, patio furniture and more. It now smells super clean and actually gave our patio a spring cleaning! Haha. Thank you! Highly recommend.
