I am the caregiver for a 97-year-old woman that had a severe mold problem in her home. She hired Bio-one and is so happy with the results. Everyone was so professional, competent and compassionate, considering her age and the situation.. their two employees Jesus and Paulino were fantastic! Also, the two owners were always available to talk to and extremely knowledgeable as well as kind. I. I highly recommend this company!!!

I was in the middle of remodeling my place when the rains in May showed I had problems in my roof. Water started to run down from the ceiling on the walls. Making puddles on the floor. My insurance (Farmers Insurance) recommended I hired a company to read the mosture on the walls. They gave me the name of two companies, but after reading their reviews I decided to look for other companies. I found Bio-One and gave tem a call. Armond answered the phone and the next day him and another worker inspected the house and by that evening I had a report to send to my insurance. Unfortunately, they found lots of moisture. We open the walls and found some mold. The next day Armond was there for three consecutive days cleaning and removing the mold. When I went to inspect the job I was very pleased with the results of his work. Every day he kept me informed, and took photos of the progress. I recommend Bio-one of Oceanside highly. They are on time and, they communicated on a daily basis, and are very professional.

We were very pleased with the work Bio-One did for us. They cleaned out our attic, which had lots of bat-droppings. They carried furniture and boxes down, cleaned out all the droppings, disinfected the space and painted the floor. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

Patricia handled the cleanup of my house with efficiency, transparency and sensitivity. She was very understanding of the financial situation I was in prior to payment, and went out of her way to make sure I didn't feel pressured to pay when I didn't yet have the funds. She did a wonderful job on the house, and I would recommend her services to anyone who would need them.

After struggling to get someone to help us clean out a cluttered home, Mark was referred to us by a satisfied customer. He was very responsive and was able to come right out and give us a quote. They arrived promptly when they were scheduled. The job was done in the 2 days that were quoted. I was a dunderhead and thew a package of mothballs into the attic to evict squirrels. It evicted the squirrels but came close to evicting me. I needed to have the mothballs removed from my attic or else move to a hotel. Matt Gregg took care of the problem within minutes. He arrived exactly on time, followed the instructions as to how to access my house from the alley, and greeted me with a smiling handshake, which in the era of Covid has become a luxury. The whole process took 30 minutes. Matt showed me the bucket of attic mothballs and answered my prayers, and believe me I was praying. Note to self: NEVER throw mothballs into the attic. Bio-One is a big company that usually does horrible jobs like crime scene cleanup, so I was incredibly lucky they had the time to restore my life in my house. Wow, feels like a huge weights been lifted off my shoulders once i saw the results of their work. Its hard enough worring about a loved one in throws of addiction, getting them to admit they have a problem to get them help but too have to woory as well about a biohazardous room that they created and how to deal with it...almost too much to much to bear. Then I reached out to Mark and his team at Bio-One Trenton. They did an amazing job; fast, discrete and so inderstanding and empathetic to out situation I was beyond grateful. Room filled with garbage...trash, human waste, rotting food, etc. They sorted out what was salvageable, disposed of what wasn't, sanitized and organized ! I would use them again in a second but hoping we never have too again but we'll see. Thanks Mark and Bio-One team!
