Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness My Aunt has had a terrible issue with hoarding and after 7 years we finally were able to convince her to let someone deal with it. Mark and his Charity were phenomenal in dealing with her and understanding the challenges of dealing with someone who is dealing with a mental health issue. They were very professional and accommodating and supportive during the process and for the most part took care of everything that we were dealing with. I recommend them for any cleaning needs! I was a dunderhead and thew a package of mothballs into the attic to evict squirrels. It evicted the squirrels but came close to evicting me. I needed to have the mothballs removed from my attic or else move to a hotel. Matt Gregg took care of the problem within minutes. He arrived exactly on time, followed the instructions as to how to access my house from the alley, and greeted me with a smiling handshake, which in the era of Covid has become a luxury. The whole process took 30 minutes. Matt showed me the bucket of attic mothballs and answered my prayers, and believe me I was praying. Note to self: NEVER throw mothballs into the attic. Bio-One is a big company that usually does horrible jobs like crime scene cleanup, so I was incredibly lucky they had the time to restore my life in my house. We were very pleased with the work Bio-One did for us. They cleaned out our attic, which had lots of bat-droppings. They carried furniture and boxes down, cleaned out all the droppings, disinfected the space and painted the floor. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.
