I want to start this by thanking Lucas and his team member for their compassion and professionalism in our dire time of need. I used Bio One to clean an area that someone passed away at. Lucas was prompt to arrive and very thorough and clear with communication from start to finish. He delivered a quote in a timely manner. His quote stayed true and they were able to start the following day and they finished within the amount of time they said they would. The location looks as good as new and even smells clean too. I hope to never need to use his services again for a clean out such as this. But if I do he's the only one I would be willing to call from now on. Thank you doesn't do enough justice to the type of service and job that was done. A+++ 10/10!!

I was in the middle of remodeling my place when the rains in May showed I had problems in my roof. Water started to run down from the ceiling on the walls. Making puddles on the floor. My insurance (Farmers Insurance) recommended I hired a company to read the mosture on the walls. They gave me the name of two companies, but after reading their reviews I decided to look for other companies. I found Bio-One and gave tem a call. Armond answered the phone and the next day him and another worker inspected the house and by that evening I had a report to send to my insurance. Unfortunately, they found lots of moisture. We open the walls and found some mold. The next day Armond was there for three consecutive days cleaning and removing the mold. When I went to inspect the job I was very pleased with the results of his work. Every day he kept me informed, and took photos of the progress. I recommend Bio-one of Oceanside highly. They are on time and, they communicated on a daily basis, and are very professional.

Michele is so responsive and knowledgeable in front office, while Armando tackled the job I had for him which was not pleasant nor easy! He satisfied all agencies involved with swift expertise. Thanks Bio One for delivering!!

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness My Aunt has had a terrible issue with hoarding and after 7 years we finally were able to convince her to let someone deal with it. Mark and his Charity were phenomenal in dealing with her and understanding the challenges of dealing with someone who is dealing with a mental health issue. They were very professional and accommodating and supportive during the process and for the most part took care of everything that we were dealing with. I recommend them for any cleaning needs! You can tell a lot about a company by the staff. Starting from the leadership, everyone you encounter is thoughtful and polite. I never leave reviews, but wanted to share that you will not regret working with Bio-One!

They came in and helped me de-clutter and clean up. They were so fast and amazing and patient with me. What would have taken me months, they did in a day! Could not recommend them enough!! Thanks for your help, Bio-one!!

I can't say how much I appreciate the work this team did for me. Life-changing is an understatement. They did an amazing job on what was coincidentally one of the worst days of my life. And they did it with kindness and great care. It was a reset I really needed, and I don't want to think about what that day would have been like without them.
