I was a dunderhead and thew a package of mothballs into the attic to evict squirrels. It evicted the squirrels but came close to evicting ... me. I needed to have the mothballs removed from my attic or else move to a hotel. Matt Gregg took care of the problem within minutes. He arrived exactly on time, followed the instructions as to how to access my house from the alley, and greeted me with a smiling handshake, which in the era of Covid has become a luxury. The whole process took 30 minutes. Matt showed me the bucket of attic mothballs and answered my prayers, and believe me I was praying. Note to self: NEVER throw mothballs into the attic. Bio-One is a big company that usually does horrible jobs like crime scene cleanup, so I was incredibly lucky they had the time to restore my life in my house. I was in the middle of remodeling my place when the rains in May showed I had problems in my roof. Water started to run down from the ceilin... g on the walls. Making puddles on the floor. My insurance (Farmers Insurance) recommended I hired a company to read the mosture on the walls. They gave me the name of two companies, but after reading their reviews I decided to look for other companies. I found Bio-One and gave tem a call. Armond answered the phone and the next day him and another worker inspected the house and by that evening I had a report to send to my insurance. Unfortunately, they found lots of moisture. We open the walls and found some mold. The next day Armond was there for three consecutive days cleaning and removing the mold. When I went to inspect the job I was very pleased with the results of his work. Every day he kept me informed, and took photos of the progress. I recommend Bio-one of Oceanside highly. Wow, feels like a huge weights been lifted off my shoulders once i saw the results of their work. Its hard enough worring about a loved one... in throws of addiction, getting them to admit they have a problem to get them help but too have to woory as well about a biohazardous room that they created and how to deal with it...almost too much to much to bear. Then I reached out to Mark and his team at Bio-One Trenton. They did an amazing job; fast, discrete and so inderstanding and empathetic to out situation I was beyond grateful. Bio-One DC was very responsive to my request and questions. They not only confirmed they could handle removing all the empty boxes and other... things that had piled up in an apartment during the pandemic, but could do some deep cleaning too.
