I want to start this by thanking Lucas and his team member for their compassion and professionalism in our dire time of need. I used Bio One to clean an area that someone passed away at. Lucas was prompt to arrive and very thorough and clear with communication from start to finish. He delivered a quote in a timely manner. His quote stayed true and they were able to start the following day and they finished within the amount of time they said they would. The location looks as good as new and even smells clean too. I hope to never need to use his services again for a clean out such as this. But if I do he's the only one I would be willing to call from now on. Thank you doesn't do enough justice to the type of service and job that was done. A+++ 10/10!!

Tony and the Bio-One of DC team are simply the best. Shoutout to Jermaine, DeAndre, and company. Under duress, I contacted Tony in the morning and he got my job scheduled for that very afternoon! Over the winter, the basement of the property was overrun with rodents. I had no idea who to call but after some googling, discovered Bio-One's stellar reviews. I was a dunderhead and thew a package of mothballs into the attic to evict squirrels. It evicted the squirrels but came close to evicting me. I needed to have the mothballs removed from my attic or else move to a hotel. Matt Gregg took care of the problem within minutes. He arrived exactly on time, followed the instructions as to how to access my house from the alley, and greeted me with a smiling handshake, which in the era of Covid has become a luxury. The whole process took 30 minutes. Matt showed me the bucket of attic mothballs and answered my prayers, and believe me I was praying. Note to self: NEVER throw mothballs into the attic. Bio-One is a big company that usually does horrible jobs like crime scene cleanup, so I was incredibly lucky they had the time to restore my life in my house. Thank you Matt Gregg, and thank you Bio-One.
